"A bad man escaped because the nice lady here decided to attack me instead of him, so she blames me for her own incompetence, which means I have to help them track him down, and most likely either capture, of kill him." Mommy then proceeds to say "You really don't do much thinking apparently, it would be less dangerous to you frail humans and your ilk if you had allowed me to clear the methane and airborne pathogens from the air in the sewer first by causing the methane to combust before entering. But I suppose that's why there is no intelligence in military intelligence... or in any other government organization."

Miradal dives down hitting her gut off the edge of the sewer but managed to grab the cables. She sees that the cables run to two large silvery blocks with a thin layer of glass around them.
