No, we haven't had a formal week yet, I've been waiting for that one for a while. I think it's because last year's gender bender week turned into a party towards the end.
Personally I'd like to see Dragon Week, Formal Wear Week and either Running Away Week or Celestial Week, but I'm not sure which.

Nope that's from Genderbender week, I think you actually have two formal wear versions from that (EDIT: One from work week and one from genderbent.)

Unfortunately, having poor eyesight in both eyes excludes me from the wondrous pleasures of wearing a monocle.
Alas, it is the curse I bear.
One contact lens and a monocle. Or you could have an eye with slightly better vision, buy two contact lenses with same measurements and calculate the monocle to supplement the more lacking one.

I'm averse to the idea of contact lenses. But, yes, one of my eyes is significantly worse than the other.
But still, placing something on the surface of my eye... It just makes me shudder inside.
And I have a feeling we're so far off-track that we killed the original track.

And how about Oop's/Outcut Week Your avatar shows something he would say "oop's" Like drawing his sword, but the blade breaks. The bowstring breaks by shooting an arrow. Or instead of intimidating someone he caused a heart attack.

I thoroughly support Masquerade Week. It can pretty much just be colorful formal-wear anyway, just with masks.
You know, we could just go for formalwear week, and finish it off with an official masquerade ball... I reckon that could work (although we might want in that case to extend it to ten/eleven days, to give time for the increased workload, and let the masqueatars make an impact)...
Not sure what to go for in terms of new submissions (most of my usual ideas have already been nominated, and as I recall nominations don't need seconding)
