I've actually read that webcomic. It doesn't really focus on either the religious figures or pot smoking. (In fact, it completely glosses over most religious implications of angels.)

For the religious angle, while there ARE mentions of figures from the bible, the comic has almost nothing to do with religion, and a number of the names just happen to be used. The pot smoking angel is a major character, but he gets lot of flack for said pot smoking.

OK, Game CD keys is just flat-out banned for probably-illegal content.
