Ok, here's the premise. The UN is putting together a small, highly skilled team of experts to deal with any situations others can't. The team is being assembled, using the best that can be found amongst all the UN member nations, but funding is minimal at this point. The group is being given a small base of operations, a couple of ground vehicles, and some weapons. You will get a pistol and assault rifle [models to be determined, open to suggestions], and a few machine guns, SMGs, and sniper rifles will be availible. You can use your money to buy personal weapons if you would like as well.
Same 200 points, 100 points disadvantages, TL 8, with a few TL 9 stuff. Minor psionics and similar powers might be allowed.

No need, lol, I know all those models. I'm thinking MP5 models will be the SMG.... AK-47 is unlikely but AK-74 might be possible, but it would be rechambered into NATO caliber (the reason I'm shying away from the AK weapons really is they aren't produced in NATO calibers, I am looking at some of the weapons produced in the competition to find the replacement for the AK series.), M16 or Steyr AUG will most likely end up being the assault rifle, but still looking at other options. Currently debating primarily between Glock 17, ZML MAC 95, Calico 950 or FN Five-Seven as the sidearm. Not sure on the sniper rifle or machine gun models I'm leaning towards.

I think the Calico is more a smg than a pistol.besides that,she is too ugly my choice would be the glock 17,but the five-seven is good too. what about a Steyr SSG69 for a sniper rifle?

Hmm, maybe you're right on the Calico, lol. I'm gonna vote no on the SSG69 for sniper rifle, because I'm thinking the standard issue sniper rifle will be a semi-auto.

Well, things came up afterwords, quite recently in fact. This, along with some IRL issues, blindsided me. I apologize for any percieved slight.

Yes. I am trying to organize a game online using the GURPS system. The campaign takes place in modern day and based on the cartoon on Adult Swim 'The Venture Bros'. It is a cinematic supers campaign but with low points for starting characters. Players may choose from just about anything but the low point start means that most will begin their careers as henchman. But literally ANYTHING is allowed. The game focuses on Role Playing over combat and problem solving, but all three come into play.
