My job is an audiologist but I had no idea what a succubus audiologist would look like, let alone how to avatarise one. So I went for something with a medical theme instead and came up with a "naughty nurse" style succubus with a huge syringe. Part of the inspiration was the Nyx from the Castlevania series, which looks pretty similar.

One of my university's Psych profs raises and trains dogs. Even uses them for in class demonstrations every once in a while...
...Also, Master Dragon Trainer is totally a job.
