Yeah, Tito ain't buying that. He spent months of his short life living with monsters. He knows they aren't afraid of him.

Well, the masked girl would follow everyone else to the infirmary, but the big explosion spooked her easily frightened Bayleef, so she's on a pokemon chase for now!

[Cherry Cabin ==> Infirmary]

Rae will have taken Marley here if he still needed to go and will... well, be here, probably, ready to help anyone that comes in, help take some of the workload off Quinn or whatever.

[Mushroom Cabin]

... Someone mentioned cats. And that someone was Brinika. This demands that Trilby appear on her head! You know... if he would be able to actually get into the mushroom cellar and past Caretaker. He's a sneaky and resourceful stretchy kitty, but possibly not that sneaky!

Well then, Sophie staggers in here, supported by Andy. She's not wearing her jacket and her side is bandaged and bloodied.

[Mushroom Cellar]

Caretaker is on lookout for earth vampires, not cats that have proven to be friendly, so Trilby probably won't have any trouble sneaking in there.

Well, it looks like there has been a fight here. Vidalia will try to follow any trail that is obvious. But, she's not a tracker, so could easily lose it if it's not footsteps. We may need to find a tracker of some kind. she says to the remaining two.

Unless she's still holding it, in which case he doesn't ask that question. Cause that'd kind of undermine the whole 'I'm little and scared, but not stupid' thing we've got going.

Irene tends not to keep it around while in buildings. Might catch stuff on fire.

"I do and I will. I'll totally use it to keep you safe too." Irene says with a nod. Cause it's a flaming sword. Nobody wants to fight those things.

She did. Thought to be honest, I also didn't want a small girl looking at crime scenes. And yes, I suppose we'll need a tracker. Not sure if those prints were made by feet, though.

Much relieved, Tito trusts Irene to keep him safe. She did tell him one fib, but she didn't fib about Waterstrider. Plus, flaming sword.

But on the way out of the Infirmary OMG IT'S A HEAT SOURCE RUNNING STRAIGHT AT THE BOY!!!!

Hopefully Irene can figure out by the size of the heat source and the "Tito!" and "Daddy!" cries that it isn't a monster. Otherwise, this might end up very tragic.

"I have to ask you take your clothes off so i can reach teh wound."

He still isn't able to use healing magic. he will go over and take all things he needs. new bandages, something to disinfect the wound, needle and thread.

Oh dear god I'm blind from the sudden heat source of the sword!
*stab stab stab stab*

Considering there aren't even screams of terror and the monster actually didn't have nearly as much of a heat source, Irene doesn't overreact. What would be barely visible to her. To be honest, she wouldn't actually be able to protect Tito all that well from the monster, but so long as neither Tito nor the monster know that, she can act as a decent deterrent.

But that's irrelevant at this point.
"He was very brave and warned us about the danger." Irene says.

Sophie is led to the bed and takes her shirt off. The wound looks quite ugly and if it's not treated soon, it'll get bad. It doesn't look like the bullet is still there, though.

"Waterstrider needs medical attention, urgently," Brand says, scooping up Tito and holding him as if he were afraid he was going to vanish. "He's lost a paw."

Irene turns to float back into the Infirmary. Seems like everyone's decided to get wounded all at once.
"Can any healer here come with me to the Main Cabin? Someone's hand... err paw got cut off." If none show up... well she'll just have to go and take care of it herself somehow!

"I could come." Rae says when Irene asks for healers! "I'm not the best healer, but I can see what I can do at least."

And still huffing and puffing, Brand runs back to the Main Cabin carrying Tito.

"Irene's getting help," he says, as Pansy hugs and kisses both her men. Lily detangles herself from Waterstrider and flings herself at her parents, and all four of the Applehills cry in relief and fear of what could have been.

I think they still have a lot of PTSD from the slaver caravan.

Under that circumstances he also takes some narcotics.

He offers her the most commone one and hopes she isn't alergic.
He will than start to clean the wound and disinfect it, if she allows it.

Marley rests in a bed after being helped here. The wounds might heal up fast, but the damage to his clothes won't heal, so he's thinking about leaving later to get new ones.

Vidalia stands back up and steps over to Butler, using a vine to caress his back, and then maybe scritch him behind the ears.

Why not? Vidalia looks at Reelshka, confused. It's not like there is blood and gore splattered all over the forest. Vidalia says, looking for any blood and gore she may have missed.

Shrugging, she turns back to Reelshka. Do you know of a tracker that could help us?

Renetta has knelt by Waterstrider again since Brand left for help. She has her arms around him and her head resting against his side. She looks up when Brand and Tito arrive. Relief washes over her to see them alright, but there's a more pressing concern. "Is someone coming to help Waterstrider?" She asks.

Waterstrider shifts his head to keep it on Renetta's lap, nuzzling her gently but keeping his eyes open, watching her and the others. He seems much more wolfish than before, laying like one and still not speaking.

"Irene is getting help," Brand says. The family somehow move over to their Wolfen protector while still glomped together. It's an interesting trick that they don't even realize they're doing.

Tito's chin quivers as he sees the burned stump, but he clambers down out of his father's arms and hugs and kisses his friend. "H-he needs some meat. He'll be hungry." Tito says, speaking from halfling comforting instincts rather than any actual knowledge.

"I'm not sure if he can eat anything, but maybe he can lap up some blood? From Olivia's special coldbox?" Pansy suggests hesitantly.

Lily takes Tito's place in her daddy's arms, sobbing uncontrollably.

Butler purrs. Vidalia always knew his best caress spots, even if Decker knew all his favorite scritch spots. Course, Vidalia's vines are more flexible and caress favorable.

"Can a doctor please come with me to the Main Cabin? Someone's hurt real badly and they can't be moved." Irene repeats, hoping to find someone soon.

He is. He normaly amputate whings, but you also need to close wounds , if I'm not totally wrong here. Since she has no inner wounds or something you can't see, he should be able to help her.

Misaki sticks her tongue out at Brinika. "Well, I say they're ugly, so there!" She shrieks when the cat pounces unexpectedly, but giggles when she sees what it is. "Here, kitty!" She pats her knees, trying to attract Trilby's attention.

Sophie's wound isn't too grevious - a good stiching and a bandage should do the trick, at least for now. After Andy's done, Sophie winces and touches the wound. Thanks. For a moment there, I thought I'd bleed to death.

Trilby! Brinika squeaks happily, knowing immediately juist who landed on her head. She then tries to get the cat off her head and cuddle him. This is Trilby, she introduces the cat to the catgirl.

Trilby is cuddled! He purrs at the cuddles, waving to the catgirl person with his tail! He would probably go to her lap, but cuddles.
