You arrive at said location and he goes in through a half ruined door. He looks around making sure noone is there and then motions to you that its all clear. He then waits for you to use your power.
He looks with a queer interest.

A few minutes later you both arrive at a large house. Unlike your employer this is not separated by a wall.
The house itself is a three story, relatively new, well built residence with numerous windows and balconies.
The man heads towards the back and knocks twice on the back door. The door opens a moment later and he walks inside greeting a young girl.
He leaves the items he purchased on a large kitchen table and starts chatting with her as she arranges most of the goods in the pantry and offers him tea and a piece of bread and cheese.
Overall he spents about an hour in the kitchen during which two more people join them. The first is anothe woman, though older and more overbearing and she is, from what you hear during his conversation, the house keeper. The second is a middle aged man that is the cook.

For the rest of the day your "carrier" goes to most locations of the house.
The whole place is pretty big, consider a 3 story house with approximately 200 square meters each level.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen and a sizeable pantry as well as an indoors privy. There is also a large room right next to the entrance were the master of the house greets his guests. Lastly there are four small rooms where the staff stays.
The second floor contains a large dining hall that could fit as many as 30 guests, a private study with a sizeable library and lastly a smaller dining room for about 6 people and two guest rooms one of which is actually used by the house keeper.
The third floor is three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is the largest and the remaining two are much smaller. One of the two is almost completely empty, just a bed and a wardrobe while the other still has a childs drawinings and some toys in a corner.
Apart from the cook, the house keeper, your carrier and the young girl there is also an elderly gentleman who works as the masters valet but also as general handy man.
At present your target is not at home and as such you dont get to see him.

He generally doesnt seem to just got to a room for the shake of going but rather he busies himself with a particular errand to justify his presence there.
Generally he does a number of things from what you see like clean the windows, water the plants, sweep the floors and similar duties. The house is generally very clean.
As far as valuable items go there are paintings on each floor, especially in the dining rooms and in the private study. There are large vases and some small statuettes. In the master bedroom you did see a small ornate box though it was closed. Generally the house seems rich yet not oppulent. In order to see about particular values though you would need to examine them closely.
As far as magical items go the only thing you noticed that was obviously magical was a monocle in the private study set inside a glass box.

Scribly has seen enough and tells the man to find a place for him to change back safely.
"Good job, my friend. I've learned much. I will need to see your master as well though, and the way you and him socialise. Tomorrow, same time and place?"

"Very well. Today I think he had some meetings in the city and he also had dinner at a friend of his. I believe tomorrow he will be at the house as he needs to make arrangements for the festivities..." he replies before you go.

"He doesnt really have guards as such... he mostly takes a bodyguard when he is out or when he is at meetings but at home he doesnt have a guardian. I do not know details but I have heard he used to practise fencing before he became a businessman..." he explains.

The man heads back to the house, enters like before from the service doors and rans a few errands before heading to the second floor and towards the study.
Before entering you hear low voices in discussion. The servant knocks and a firm voice invites him to enter.
Jared walks inside and you see two men relaxing with glasses of wine in their hands.
The man to the right is in his late 40s, very fat and short and is dressed in grey colors.
The man to the right is a much more striking figure. He is in his mid fifties but he seems well preserved. He is muscled, of medium height and has greying hair and a rich beard. His clothes show his wealth, fine green satin and a dublet made of black silk. He gives a warm smile to the servant as he enters.
"Ah Jared, come in please" he says and his voice is kind yet firm. "I trust you remember Master Erik of Appelgren bank" he says and the other man also inclines his head.

After the brief introductions the master of the house excuses himself and takes the servant aside.
He briefly asks about the state of the planning for the gathering and tells Jared to make himself available in an hour.
That done Jared exits the room so that banker and businessman can continue their discussion
The hour passes agonisignly slow but eventually its over and Jared is called inside the study once again.
The man you will soon find yourself killing and replacing seems pleasant and polite. He inqures about the state of affairs in the house, if preparations are progressing, if important guests have RSVPed and similar details.
He explains what is left to be done from Jared's point of view for the preparations and asks him to purchase some fine meats and drinks for the event. Lastly he gives him a pouch full of silver coins in order to hire another 4 servants for the night as they expect about 20 guests.
The conversation flows easily and Jared does not make any uncomfortable mistakes that would show his unease. The meeting finishes when the valet enters to alert his master of the arrival of the next guest and that lunch will be served soon.
Jared walks out and heads to his own room to "rest". Once there he whispers towards his front pocket where he keeps you.
"Okay so whats next?"

"Well, I should start and replace you soon, but first, go ahead and arrange the extra staff and food and wine. Afterall, you know much more about that stuff then I do. If it's ok, I will remain as I am now until then. Tonight, we will make the switch."

The rest of the day passes similarly. The household is very active as guests come and go every few hours each one having private meetings with the master of the house.
The servant on which "you are riding" goes out once more for some final purchases as instructed and returns to help the other servants with the work that needs be done.
Finally Jared retires for the night exhausted saying he is heading out for a beer before bed.
He walks towards the abandoned residence you had used the first time around and places you on the ground.

The man grudgingly takes off his vestments and uses a spare pair of clothes he has with him.
"Just make sure you dont give me away... or if you do make it seem as if you forced me to do this or something... I need to make a living if I am fired!" he says.

For future reference it is the DM that rolls the disguise... in the sense that you dont know how well you did it.
I mean granted if you check in a mirror I can tell you if you got a 1 or something but with your skills and abilities even a 1 on the dice would look passable :D
You return to the house for a short dinner and to rest. The house has gone quiet though you hear the low snapping from burning wood and you see there is light under the closed door of your "masters" study.
