Hey! I'm interested in joining this, seeing as it's not too much pure dark grimness of complete and utter doom and depression. Is there any good place for me to introduce a cheerful, somewhat crazy metalworker right now?

Then they end up getting drunk married in some Las Vegas 'Chapel of Love' type of chapel they find there. Then when the next morning when they're sober and find out they agree to a divorce and promise to never speak of this soon to be noodle incident ever again.

We are a few scene wrap-ups from a two-week timeskip, so you couldn't have picked a better time to jump into this. The town has a Public Works Guild that she could help out at, but Mach would likely be a decent pony to meet as well. The airship crew could also make use of her, but those would be the most likely places to introduce her.

In other news, hope no one minds of my use of having Balboa being involved with the Backers and stuff, I just figured it was within reason he'd have his hooves in it.
Perhaps we can start the new pony day tomorrow?

There's two-four scenes that are still wrapping up: Mach + Cirrus ponies, Lemongrass + Dreamrunner, Tyrol + Staccata, and Shell Shock + Blades. The last one could, hypothetically, be hand-waved to after the timeskip, but that'd be their decision, not mine. The rest are just nearly finished up, so I expect we'll be ready mid-week or so.
Grif + Benson: Sandy did something at Mach's that may warrant a response, if nothing else to keep the scene moving.

I could go with the handwave if Grif agrees. It's not like their scene is currently affecting or affected by anything else that's time-dependant.

Balboa, Astrid would give him a whacking for the poor decision to stash valuables in a casino safe of all things, and use her genre savviness () and advise him against that. Though he might have shares in the corporation that owns the specific casino Grills is going to rob, you know, just for the side for kicks.

Staccata seemed to be the type to join in such a venture. And for lulz I nominate Shell Shock as well. Because we all know the heist will end up in exploding the casino to a million pieces anyway.

Yeah Benson and I slaved for two whole days to finish that exchange. And Astrid will never talk about it again. Although interesting choice of picture for Balboa to keep. I was sure he would pick a super scandalous one. Also since Balboa seems to be so submissive to her, those bridles and such were definitely for him.
