Rules Question: My dream form is a conjuration, but I don't know if it's affected by difficult terrain, can provoke OAs, take fall damage, etc. Anyone know off the top of your head?

It occupies no squares and can float. It is unaffected by the enviroment and thus difficult terrain. Normally they can't be attacked or physically affected. This is not the case if the specfic conjuration says so, obviously.

Here is the text for the Dream Form:

Manifest Dream Form
A hazy image of yourself, your dream form manifests nearby.
Conjuration, Psionic
Free Action -- Close burst 10
Trigger: You spend 1 power point or more to augment a psionic power
Effect: You conjure your dream form in an unoccupied square in the burst. It lasts until you fall unconscious, until you dismiss it as a minor action, or until you use this power again. Your dream form occupies its square, and you and your allies can move through it. When you take a move action, you can also move your dream form a number of squares equal to your speed. You can see and hear as if you were in your dream form’s square, and you can use powers as if you were there. Your dream form can flank with your allies, and you gain combat advantage against any target your dream form is flanking. Your dream form can be attacked, although it lacks hit points. If it takes any damage, it disappears. It is immune to your attacks.
Hmm, I'll edit my post to reflect the new information. I'm trying to get it near the ledge above Cav so I can attack the wizard if I need to.

Vaine's paragon path is dreamwalker (where he gets the dream form from). To be honest, it was the only path that lined up even close to how I built him: Attack will and deal psychic damage. It's encounter attack power, however, is a thorn in my proverbial side. It deals psychic damage, but it attacks reflex. Here it is:

Your dream form lashes out with a blade of psychic energy at a nearby foe and hinders any enemies that try to pass by it.
Implement, Psionic, Psychic
Standard Action -- Close burst 5
Effect: Your dream form makes the following melee attack. If your dream form isn’t present, you use manifest dream form as part of this power, and then your dream form makes the attack.
Target: One creature adjacent to your dream form
Attack: Intelligence vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d8 + Intelligence modifier psychic damage.
Effect: Until the end of your next turn, squares adjacent to your dream form are difficult terrain for your enemies.
Augment 2
Target: Each enemy adjacent to your dream form
Mind allowing me to change the attack to be vs. Will? The main reason is that I get a +1 to hit vs. Will, so this attack uses a different attack bonus than the rest. I'd be willing to lower the damage (2d6, perhaps?) if you are concerned about balance.

I don't know everything about conjurations, but the power says that it occupies a space. I don't think it provokes OAs because IIRC the shaman's spirit companion does not provoke OAs. I would imagine that it is affected by difficult terrain, unless it floats, but I have no idea about taking falling damage (I guess if it floats it wouldn't fall).
@Felhammer: How far down is Cav? You said 3 stories I think, but how many squares or feet is that? I may be able to get him back a bit quicker than having him climb up the stairs or elevator ropes (assuming Sploosh's super blitz megaton smash attack against the ogre felled it).

The Ogre was using a Supremely Vicious Greatclub +4. It resembles a large tree branch with a ring of very large rusty nails at the top.
One of the Pirates is wearing a brown and tan robe you realize is actually Stoneskin Armor (+2).
The Pirate you killed initially has a magical scabard you identify as a Scabbard of Sacred Might (level 10 uncommon)
You also find 1298 gp, 16 sp, 40 cp.

I've created a new map template which we will use going forward. The biggest change will be an on-map location describing all of the PC's, Allies' and Enemies' basic statistics - including HP, Defenses, Status Effects, Initiative and Passive Insight/Perception.

I will try to post tomorrow, but someone just quit at my job and so I'm covering extra shifts with one other guy. It's pretty busy. On the plus side though, once we find a replacement, I will get bumped up to a better schedule. Anyway, the point is I'll be squeezing a post in whenever I can. I suspect that I'll be able to post tomorrow, I'm just too tired right now.

Seems fine to me, though we may have the number of posts per page option set differently. There is a well known error of the first post of a new page not showing up until a second post is made.

Have you considered a replacement yet? It seems like a good time to introduce a new character. I can make suggestions if you don't want to throw out rerecruitment thread.
Given that we have the 4 roles covered with the 4 remaining characters, then the 5th can be almost anything, even a second controller. I think Vaine does a great job, but one who has more forced movement / area damage would be of value. Of course, the other 3 roles (defender, striker, leader) all work great as a 5th wheel.
Also, you can put Vaine's initiative at +8 in the first post of this thread.

Anything could be welcome at this point. I don't think either encounter showed a lack of anything in the party at the moment. We seem to be doing ok.
If you do decide to recruit someone else Felhammer, I'm sure you'll get plenty of bites. Paragon 4th edition should be pretty popular and all roles are covered so potential players can play whatever they want.
And it's Eberron . I'm tempted to apply with another character and play two of them .
