The Summon is completely hers to control, and that's something she would have told Thoven soon after meeting him. You could start attacking it with a weapon and it would just stand there and let you.

You're still going to *hurt* this thing if you get near it; it just won't turn in loyalty. She Commanded the zombie earlier in this fight, and offensive actions break Command.
The human zombie she summoned earlier today had like 12 hit points and would have quickly been destroyed, if that's what you're referring to.

I'm quite fine with this; the fight was awesome but rather complicated, and I think a nice burst of high-quality RP is exactly what we need to get back on track.

No major pings on Evil-dar, just the existing low level noise.
The wagon is in pretty bad shape. It looks like there are teeth marks on much of the wood, and splintered axles. Oh, and there's now been a liberal application of fire in the vicinity.
The cart would take hours of repair work, and probably some additional wood, in order to get it rolling again.

-Any buildings large enough to get the cart inside?
-Any other buildings with enough wood boarding them up to have some extra for cart repairs?
-Does their appear to be any sort of city lighting? (Gas lamps, torch holders, other various lighting things)
-How badly messed up is the harness? Even if the cart is messed up, this will be a lot easier if he can hook up a horse / Paladin Mount to drag it somewhere safe[r].

Yes. The cart is in pieces, and can probably fit through a door with a little finagling. Getting it out again once assembled would be trickier (but see below).

Wood is the dominant building material you've seen, so yes.

The leather is a bit chewed up and stained, but there are only a few breaks. You might be able to jerry-rig something in a couple of minutes.
