I'll wait a bit longer, in case somebody hasn't checked here yet. I think they may be taking the day off for St. Patty's Day. Tomorrow we will continue.
GnomeGninjas: I think this forest incident could be resolved via PM and not take up any other person's time.

Okay, you said it would be eight hours a day for crafting, right? Exactly how much time do I have for other stuff? Specifically my other common activities, performing at the inn and taking lessons with Galladai.

Everyone: This is pretty messed up time wise. Some people are having dinner and others are just getting up. I'm sorry, but I can't keep up with all this and still know what is going on. I don't know what to do about this, but it is to hard to keep it up this way. Does anyone have ideas about what to do.

Phase one is daytime and all you do during this phase is say that you work or hunt or whatever activity you spend most of your time on. You should only need one post unless there are complications.
Phase two is night time or rather evening and is more roleplay oriented as opposed to day time. This will probably last longer than day time as conversations take a very long time due to the fact that we're on a forum.
I'm not especially fond of this idea, but it seems like we're sort of doing it already (which is why I suggested this). This way, it's just organized.

Yeah, enforce a posting schedule. Folks are posting their mornings because they haven't posted anything for the last couple of days.
As for some going faster than others, I posted my second day's activities in entirety in a single post then waited for 3-4 days for everyone to catch up.
Or just keep a personal cheat sheet. I do that with every game I run and it keeps me on point. Of course, I also enforce a rigid posting schedule... that helps a lot.
Have I mentioned enforcing a posting schedule here yet? It's a good idea.

hobbitkniver: Good idea. I think I'll incorporate it next day.
Everyone: Can you get on at least every other day? For the two phases, please once completing the day phase, wait until everyone else has for the night phase. I'm sorry if that make you wait. Ideally, the day phase should only take 2-4 days.

No, if the posting schedule is every other day AND you force folks to keep track of and wait until EVERYONE has posted then you've set the advancement of this game to 4 real days for every 1 game day (not including slow downs for combat).
If I post ahead of the schedule, I'll just wait and make chitchat until the schedule catches up to my actions.

I'm thinking it might be prudent for me to bow out of this. Much as I'm enjoying it, life isn't giving me a chance to keep up with it, I'm afraid, and as far as I can tell, it's not likely to change that any time soon. I feel like I'm holding everyone back and making things confusing, and so I shall take my leave.
Sorry for cutting and running,

I guess he is dropping too...
