Okay, before I post I just want to make sure you know what you're doing. Every attack you make against Primus is going to deal 30d10 damage to you. If you're making 15 attacks, that's 450d10 damage to you, which averages out to 2'475 damage. If I'm not mistaken, that's about double your HP. Are you going to mitigate that damage in some way, or just man it out?
Of course, Primus should be pretty battered with all the damage you've inflicted, but you're probably going to be even more so. So I just want you to know that if you grapple him like this, you will take loads of damage. Loads. As soon as I get a confirmation, an IC post will be up and the game will get back on track. Sorry again for the delay. Luckily my computer is working again, so there shouldn't be any more long waits for the time being.

Oh right. Damage.

Let me see......

Yep. Got that covered.

EDIT:

Also I don't know what you're talking about. I was just eye balling it, but I'm pretty sure I just did 4200 damage. That's a fine trade for me

Why would you have the Incarnation/God level squad guard the gates? they are built to assassinate so that's what they should do.
75 on 1 (+ whoever joins in) is a slaughter.

Also: Yes Helzath and Halceth are the real birth names of Chaos and Fate (her twin sister stuck in the mirror) but no-one knows which is which.

Because NOTHING is going to get past them. Plus, in case you haven't noticed, Sneaky said it would be difficult for a god to defeat them. That doesn't even remotely mean it's impossible.

Then I get them back in 2D6 days.
They all fight as one, die as one and can't be killed unless one of them kills another

And if they do that then they become a Divine Rank 75 Deity with +75 to all ability score modifiers on top of ascending.

Why else do you think I stacked those two templates? (Bonded and Legion) They all die together or not at all and if you Dominate one to kill the others then you get an Overdiety pop up after (1D4 +6 +highest ChaMod of the other 74) days.
Who is loyal to Anon because really, that's SOP when having an army and a Diplomancer.

@Anecron: Your description is not exactly what happens. For one thing, they do not turn into a deity per se, but into a being of intense power similar to a deity. Gods have to have worshipers, and just because the army kills itself does not mean it retroactively gains worshipers. A small, but important difference. Powerful, but not Divine.

Also, when they die by the hands of non pact members, they respawn 2d100 miles in a random direction, so if they are all killed it could take a substantial amount of time before they get together again. In addition, for each previous death they have, the number of days before they respawn is increased by one. Considering how fast things are moving, they could be out for a large portion of the campaign if they die.

Finally, all this can be rendered moot by the powers of certain Gods. Killing something is not the only way to get rid of it, and even if killing is the only option, Gods have ways of circumventing nearly every defense. Oh, and reading the Telepathically Linked quality from the Legion Possessed, it seems to me that any spell that controls one of them, controls all of them. Since they share one mind when within 90 feet of each other, a Dominating spell would affect that one mind equally. It's unclear to this in the rules, but it was homebrewed anyway, so clarity isn't expected. Regardless, that's how it should work.

Oh, and also, you should not assume that they would be loyal to you. Considering how resistant they are to Diplomacy currently, and considering that they would be even more resistant if they combined, such an assumption is somewhat foolish. Anything gaining that much power is not going to be loyal to anyone, except in special circumstances. Combining into one would really create what is effectively a rogue deity who might lash out at anyone or anything that threatens it.

Depending on your reading it also gets either 1 or 74 rerolls taking the best score too.

It gains 75 Divine Ranks. God or simply God-Like is a bit moot at that point
And changing the attitude of someone to Fanatic wouldn't be retroactively annulled by that.

Speaking of worshippers though. How many DR did Time massacre? He has functioningly infinite time to do it

@Legomaster: I never said it was likely, just possible. And as Anon said, they get 74 rerolls.

@Anecron: Do you have any idea how insanely powerful having 75 divine ranks would make something? Sure, it would still think of you as a friend, but it would really be like a giant being friends with an orc in terms of power. It would certainly not be your servant.
As for Time's escapades, I'll tell you about them in the next IC post, which will come soon.

@JKTrickster: Its shell, although broken, is still capable of moving and grappling. You don't have to grapple it, but then it will just try to roll over you again.

Yes and no. Although technically it is the same creature, as the shell is being controlled by the inner body, as far as the rules go they are treated as separate, though connected, creatures. So you are grappling the shell, not the inner body, and each of them get their own action each round. They can act without penalty if the other is grappled, so long as they don't try to move away from the grappler.

Edit: IC post is up, and I'm too tired to finish the Time/Destruction story, so the conclusion will be in the next post, and will bring you up to date on what those two are going through. I mean, I could just tell you what happens in a factual, no nonsense manner, but what would be the fun in that? So instead, you have to read my prose, without any way of influencing what happens, since this has already happened. I hope you don't mind too much.

I think I'll be entering this ala Marvel Thor with the ToS as my Mjolnir (a.k.a. I throw him towards Ivory Marrow as planned while still holding its tail. Makes a nice cushion for when I land.)

That's alright JK. Speaking of which, where is Anecron? Usually he's spot-on with posting, but he hasn't done so for a while. If it goes another day without us hearing from him I'll send a PM, since he needs to post before I can continue the combat.

How much Miss Chance do the Elementals avoid? Because I have more than 100%.

I'm going to assume none but it makes little difference. My AC is higher than 74.

EDIT: Why yes I did just steal Poseidon's minions.
I used the Water Puppet Seed (I can do the same for any Earth- Fire- or Air-Subtyped creatures) and my very large Bending score (I could have gone higher but went with the minimum to control 9 Colossal Elementals)

He can get it back if he has a SR of 200+ but I highly doubt it.

Whoops just realized: cant take 10.
this is the real SR check: [roll]1d20+231[/roll]

Apologies for taking a long time to post, these things take an unusually long time to write. You should probably just expect a bit of a wait before every IC post, if you don't already.

@Anecron: Poseidon is the God of the Ocean. Do you really think you're better at Water-Bending than him? Not to mention the fact that since he summoned them, he can simply dismiss them and create new ones as a free action. Although it is a blow to his pride that you took control of them in the first place.

Also, I've been meaning to ask, how exactly do you have a miss chance of higher than 50%? The elementals have no miss ignore. Not many things do that aren't Gods.

Oh, and your pet is dead. I'm sorry.
...Why do I feel like you're going to somehow convince Anduilas to give you Sleipnir as compensation?

@Legomaster: Yes, Blizzard just killed Tyr. The first God to die at the hands of an Incarnation, and it effectively happened offscreen. Sorry about that.

Edit: I messed up one roll in the IC. I'll just roll it here if anyone tries to fly out of the water.

1. Don't worry. I'm actually quite satisfied that Destruction killed Tyr, and, well, just how easy it was for him to do so.
2. No, you may continue to control Blizzard. Here's something fun to remember: when he attacks himself with fire, he heals half of the damage it would normally deal. This makes "I cast Fireball, cntered on myself" a viable strategy.
3. I'm pretty sure Pellow's dead, at least until we get him resurrected (a lot more believable than there being lots of level 25 Evil characters around).

@Avalon: No, you are hovering above the water. I assumed you wouldn't just jump into it. Although the elementals have reach, and are trying to drag you under. And this is indeed a new encounter.

@Legomaster: Would Blizzard ever willingly run away from a fight? Because he may have to if he wants to survive. Odin is on a totally different tier than Tyr.

Also, about Pellow dying, that's kind of what happens when mortals get caught in a war between Gods and Incarnations. They tend to get killed(albeit temporarily).

Yes, he will flee when needed. He understands the following tactic quite well: "He that fights and runs teleports away, may live to fight another day. But he that is in battle slain, will never rise to fight again (unless resurrected, which is an annoying process)." He'd much rather live to fight another day.

My Miss chance:
Greater Concealing Amphora: Total Concealment (50%) (Immune to True Seeing)
Displacement: Like Total Concealment (stacks with) (50%) (Not Immune to True Seeing)
Blink: 1/2 here, 1/2 there (50%) (20 if Invis-Seeing, 20 if Ethereal-hurting, 0 if both)
Greater Mirror Image: 8 copies, (87.5%) (1/8 = 12.5 100-12.5 = 87.5)

Actually looking at this I see a problem. I'm using an old houserule where Mirror Image is converted to decimal and added to Miss Chance rather than being it's own roll. The images would be dissipated if the right number was rolled (in this case 151-237)
@DM: Should I change that to RAW or keep as is?

Waterbending the Elementals: It was mostly for teh lulz and to annoy Poseidon. Just wait till my next post, when I take control again in a different way that is unbreakable.
Though technically Poseidon did have to beat the same SR check to get rid of the first Elementals as take control again (I'm actively Bending that water so to tamper with it using Magic, Gody-ness or Bending triggers a control check)

Oh and I can't wait for someone to actually hit me to negatives. I have a 2nd Stage where I gain effectively 125 to my Bending and enter a defensive animalistic raeg.
To put the 125 in perspective. I have a Form tht deal no save, auto Sonic damage (and I bypass Immunities) that would gain 82D4 damage from that boost.
that's 200+ damage, automatically to any 10-ft area.
Well, 200+ more than the 400 I'm already dealing with that attack when I use it so its really 600 on average.
Though it does take 1D4 rounds to charge so i should put up a Quickened Time-Stop when it triggers.

Odin here I come

speaking of Time-Stop. (1d4+1)[2]

EDIT: You dont have to roll the failed roll for me. I'm Immune to it anyway.
Ocean Giants have Bludgeon Immune.
Also due to a rereading of the Waterbending I'm changing my actions just a smidge so I'm not controlling the Elementals but the ocean that just swept in.

Welp, I'm fairly well incapacitated. I can't swim, I can't fly, I can't walk, I can't full-attack (there's nothing for me to hit anyway), I can't use any of my few spell-like abilities, my cohort is dead... all I can do is survive. Luckily, if there's one thing my character is good at, it's that.

Does it count as flying if I throw Korug out of the water?
Would that actually work? It does kinda require Air to do it (I basically summon and control a very large gust).
I could maybe do the same with Water, by using Spout...

How can you not Fly Korug? That's basic rule 1 for even Mid-Level play.
