It's hard to tell because it's of average thickness and nondescript colour, the lettering on the cover is illegible at this angle and illustrated covers are a new thing that would have been prohibitively expensive to do by hand back in the day.

As far as we're concerned, it won't matter if it's an original copy of "How To Tame Your Pet Aboleth - The 7 Day Deal." What -really- matters is - were the glowing tricycles always there?

As an announcement, I've also discovered that keeping an update schedule is horribly counter-productive to the way I work. Having a buffer built up is fun, but it makes me lazy as heck because I know "I don't actually have to do any work on those days, I've already got comics made!" and nothing gets done. Instead, I'll be updating irregularly as I make the comics rather than on specific days. Downside is that there will probably be more gaps, upside is that you will probably get 2 to 4 at once.

Also! You may have noticed a slight art change between those two strips! This is intentional. I decided to completely re-work the templates to things that felt less clumsy and more personalized. Below are the example templates, some more improved than others!
