That's perfectly fine. I understand it can be a bit time consuming so there's definitely nothing wrong dropping it.

Next game, I wonder what that will be? If Xela has her druthers I'm sure it'll be using the BoEF.

EDIT: Alright then, guess this is gonna be the deal: Three man group 'til Xela has hers done whenever that is (no rush, yo.) and Seth gets back to me on this. Will be cookin' up some more poast in a bit.

Oh! Experience!
You guys probably want your starting experience.

Everyone so far has a backstory and provided a nice quote so there's two experience for everyone. I'm going to go ahead and give Yakkehty another point of experience though, that background was rather entertaining.

Also, I figure as for the length of a 'session' it'll basically be each area you explore or each heavy rp scene. Since most quests/story arcs will probably overlap with that it basically means you'll be getting two there.

So you'll probably come out of the valley at at least...

Right so, refine, an innate skill of engineers allows me to turn monsters into items, now that makes a bit of sense with mechanical and like flans, but what of intelligent creatures? goblins/guards/irritating shopkeepers? personally I see it as knicking something off them rather than performing surgery and them to create a healing or destructive item out of their lungs and teeth or whatever.

Not sure how the healing skill works. I know that after the encounter I immediately wake up with 1 HP (lol). Apparently you can use it to increase the rest you get from a certain amount of time (Fitful<Travel<Full) with a difficulty of "usually" 11. I can also just volunteer to use my potion and try to tough it out til I ding! and learn Cure.

Yeah, the healing skill is...odd.

Basically, on a check of 11 it would improve your rest by one step, assuming you guys decide to rest here for some time. Which...I probably would, considering how messed up our yak friend is. :p

Just had a breakthrough in Gear design. It's so painfully simple, I feel like an idiot for not realizing it earlier.

Expect tons of different sorts of Gears.
Tons of them.

Now, to just figure out how to craft the race subsystem.

actually, yakkehty wouldn't need to fix his armour because of the maintenance job skill I appointed presence as the other person. Not sure how it works mechanically either though :P
