You are looking at the attack against Brutus. The one directed at Garithak scored a 25.
Also, we really need identifiers for the monsters on the map as well as in the spoiler tags with the monster actions. The confusion about who gets targetted might also be indicative about further highlighting or a different structure being needed. If I didn't know that thing 4 is standing in the square north-east of Grai, I'd have to scour through the entire combat posts to figure out who is standing where. Not an issue in the first round, but it gets progressively worse.
Grai doesn't provoke OAs with her charges and right now she can get to all enemies from her position and create a flank with her charge. Just point her wherever you want her to be. I doubt shaking off the crazies will be a problem for her with a +12 Athletics.
@Waffle: Do we need to act in order or can we just act as a group?
I'm sorely tempted to move to K-8* and bomb all of the enemies with a close burst 3 if that helps with positioning any. Either that or the safer but less damaging option of L-8 with expand spell up!

As for Grai, I think she should escape to L5, then charge J7 in a flank, cause Brutus is going to remain there for now being as he's prone and grabbed.
That said, we should focus fire as much as possible. Think Mal should target N5 with his Cleave RBA since Ember is gonna fry him with loadsa bonus damage.
I'm... not sure how I'm supposed to move to L5 before charging, with breaking free already requiring a move action. I can set up my own CA with Single Out if necessary.

Too true. I'll update the tokens when I get home.
@All - What are the feelings of group vs strict initiative? As you have a "vocal" leader, I don't mind coordination of attacks and advance planning, delays for best positioning, etc., so long as effect durations aren't metagamed to cheese-iness. Since there is only one enemy group, everyone gets a turn before the bad guys go again. If there's more than one enemy group with split initiative, those between the groups can act as one bunch, next enemy group, next bunch.
@ Waffle: I prefer group initiative TBH. Just expedites things, and allows for better coordination. Of course, there's the possibility of delay cheese (to prolong effects), but I think everyone can be trusted not to consciously abuse that.
As for 'The Plan', I think I've got it down to this:
Barases moves to G8 and attacks H9 mob in a flank.
Emberlyn delays until after Garithak.
Garithak uses Warlord's Favour on the mob (targeting Emberlyn with the effect) at H9 and Adaptive Strategem on Emberlyn.
Emberlyn moves to K8 and attacks everyone hostile in the encounter with Fire Shroud, at a +6 bonus to attack rolls, and a +5 bonus to damage rolls.
Mal acts and uses Cleave, targeting the most damaged enemy with the additional RBA he gets.
Grai escapes to L5 and charges J8 in a flank.
If there's anything objectionable or that might be improved, let me know.
Also, I think there's at least one enemy hidden as I saw 6 mob tokens, and now there are 5.
Anyway, I'm in favor of the group initiative, since it just flows better in this format. Strict initiative often leads to long delays or characters not doing anything. And with me usually sleeping during the busy forum hours, well, you get the idea.
I'll just post my action now. I doubt anything will happen that makes wacking thing 4 or charging thing-on-Brutus impossible.
Haven't really looked at the map yet to know 100%, but does this plan you have still involve me standing on the outskirts Surrealist? I thought we talked about that not really being the best idea if so, haha, since getting swarmed by people who can grab isn't really awesome and there's no rush to kill them. I was thinking I'd just scorch the two up near Grai for the and bide my burst attack until next round when they inevitably try to swarm us - seems safer. Considering both my at will and other encounter power aren't ally friendly, it's very likely to lead to the same amount of damage over the two rounds too (not counting the opportunity for more ongoing, of course).
EDIT: Actually, nevermind since that sweet bonus is too good to pass up

I wouldn't mind it being auto-cast when we know a fight is coming but, many DMs I have played with say players can't activate encounter powers until the encounter begins. :(

Waffle, were there six mobs ICly? Or was the sixth mob at the beginning just a mistake? If one moved into concealment to stealth after being visible, we would notice that. Alternately, if it was always supposed to be stealthed we wouldn't.
I originally had my hellfire heart on the red guy to try and keep him from hitting me, but after noticing that Ridai is going to kill him I switched it over to dark blue to try and help out the captain. Is this okay with you?
