But now that I know that I have you and Six Guns (as well as other people mentioned) at my back, I might be a bit more tempted in the future.
I would have been disappointed had the Tiny Refreshing Gods been the third pick but would have stood next to the gunslinger to defend you. Of course I probably would be laughing too hard at whatever Rich had come up with for a story to hold my Warp-Dagger steady.

And, no, I am NOT kidding. As I have mentioned elsewhere I have been waiting for YEARS for a sequel to that comic, and the temptation might have been too much to ignore.
Except for the whole, you know, torches and pitchforks brigade showing up at my door.
I've been toying with the idea of including Popcorn as one character in my eventual crayon drawing.
Another interlude in the main comic or in any of the pdf stories would be outstanding.
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I've just thought of about the only way I'd be truly interested in a Belkar story. The revenge-plot told from the Y-Y Kobolds' points of view (or surviving family: why they've probably stopped), with them as the tragic, doomed stars. And, our comedic 'heroic' psycho being the villain, of course. Which I think he'd love, anyway.
I could see that working as a Greek-style Tragedy of hubris and small men against unstoppable forces... Including a world-famous, 4th-wall breaking Kassandra.
There: how to obscure-up the prominent.

Yeah, but we would 1) have more reason to hate Belkar and 2) not see him being funny. Funny Evil Belkar is a very different kind of humor from Funny Evil Xykon--and not nearly as evil as FEX, either--and I'm afraid that story would by necessity either mix them up or just not be about Belkar at all.

All this talk of obscure characters is getting me to reconsider my priorities for my crayon drawing. Right now Fruit Pie the Sorcerer is on top of the list, but he's starting to be challenged.

I suggest Fruit Pie the Sorcerer meets Clyde the Conjurer.

We thank you Rich, this drive has been entertaining as well enableing us to get some great swag. And letting Haley get a big pile of loot.

Quick question: Due to sudden financial concerns (had to replace two pairs of work pants), I was unable to donate. Will i still be able to purchase reprinted books?

Yes, they'll be available on Oookoodook once they're ready.

I feel kind of dumb asking this but I can't find an answer anywhere. I just got my survey for a $25 dollar pledge and wanted to add things (the extra book for $30 and a patch for $4) but the survey asks all of that in past tense (i.e. "Did you add a book for $30). So did I somehow miss a step and lose my opportunity to add those things, or do I just need to check the items and then I'll get charged the extra $$ for them?

You've missed your chance. You needed to message Rich during the drive in order to add stuff, he can't take more money from you now.
You'll be able to buy the books from Ookoodook, but unless there's a surplus you won't be able to buy a patch.

Yes, you are too late, but not because you did not mail Rich. The reward clearly states that you can add any one book for $30, but you should have added the money during the drive. The messaging Rich part only applied to people wanting to build a package the rewards did not provide.
Adding this just for clarity.

Oh, my bad. I didn't check the specific reward (I probably should have done that). Sorry.

Thank you for clarifying this, I just about had a heart attack at reading these recent posts and hearing I'd needed to send a message to add stuff I was told I could add, when I actually had added the money manually and have already been charged for my additions!
I mean, I thought I'd done it right in the first place, but yikes!
