Hooray, got my email! They made some mistake with the tracking number though, says it's been delivered in March 2011 already.

No biggie though. I just hope I won't have to travel back in time to get my stuff, cause that would be tricky.

I thought I had the same problem, but the USPS reuses tracking numbers. Your package probably isn't being picked up until tomorrow (check the email again). Just try the tracking number again tomorrow.

I must be The Chosen One of Banjo

First I received my $25 pack (magnet, stickers, coloring book, notepad) twice. It seems that it happened to a number of people.

Today I received my $35 SS&DT, which I ordered from a separate Kickstarter account. Inside the big envelope there were two envelopes, one with SS&DT and the other one... with another $25 pack. That makes three.

After the first extra pack, I wrote to Kevin from Ookoodook (his address was on the invoice; I thought maybe someone in New Zealand did not get her pack and I could send it on) and after a week with no reply I wrote to Rich who kindly let me keep the extra pack at no charge and suggesting that I donate to charity instead. So far so good.

But what do I do now with the extra extra pack? I dislike the thought of paying for international mail to return it (broke arts student). Ookoodook seem too busy to answer queries. Rich is too nice and if I write to him again and he says 'keep it' again I'll feel guilty. I was thinking that maybe I could send this third pack to someone in NZ who didn't buy the pack during the drive and now wants one and that person would pay the $25 to Ookoodook. That's why I'm posting this here, because I'd like to know if there are any takers before I offer this solution to Ookoodook.

Book orders are supposed to come with a swag pack.

Yes, but not the $25 one. Let's see, update #22 currently on page 4 of the updates shows that the difference is the art print. The $25 pack gets a bunch of swag including an art print, all book pledges get all the same stuff too except the art print (unless you pledged $250 or more, in which case they get that too).

So, the question here is does the pack with the book include an art print? If not, then you got exactly what you were supposed to in that package.

Oh, I missed/forgot that update. There is no art print, so it looks like I got what I was supposed to get. It's a nice surprise, I thought I'd be getting just the book.

Thanks for sorting this out - I'm glad I asked here before bothering Ookoodook or Rich with this

Thumbs up Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow

Got mine last week (the $29 one) and i am enjoying The Start of Darkness little bits by little bits since then.

It seems the package crossed an ocean and found his way to France without any trouble

Again : Thank you for your great work, Giant !

Does anyone know when we will be able to order other books from Ookoodook that we didn't pledge for and were reprinted? Thanks.

At some point after all (non-patience, non-signed) pledge rewards have shipped, I think. Or, in other words, when Ookoodook actually has employees available to do the work of shipping new orders again. Right now everyone they've got is busy shipping pledge rewards and has no time to spare for shipping anything else.

Got my email recently - still waiting on the package itself, but I suppose it'll take a while to ship to Ireland.

Does anyone know when the reprinted books will arrive on the Ookadook storefront? I got the print-only special, but I'm thinking of buying the other books too once they're available.

I'm kind of glad I chose a patience package--there won't be too many of those to send out, so hopefully there won't be this uncertainty!

So, if I post about my Whole Story package not being shipped, I'll get the email right?

Yes, this thread is magic. I complained here a month ago about how a whole bunch of kickstarter projects I pledged were late, missing, not answering mail, etc. and every one of them showed up within a week or two of my post. Some of them were four months late!

With the huge amount of postal packages that need to be send, it's better for you to wait untill the update alla packages are send comes out .

Before that don't worry.

Rich,

I got my coloring book, stickers, magnet, and notepad (none of which I remembered I was going to get) today, along with the long-out-of-print book #2 I ordered.

THANK YOU. What a wonderful Kickstarter project; I was proud to have helped you in your creative endeavors.

I looked through the coloring book, and it's pretty kid-friendly. Now, I actually AM a kindergarten teacher. In August, when my new class starts, I'm going to give my coloring book to my class and have them do all the pictures and games in it. Then, unless you hate this idea, I'm going to scan the pages and send them to you. I hope in this way you can see your wonderful book get the use it is maybe meant for even though it's also an ironic joke.

I love that. Bet the kids will, too. Even if none of them get it, they will like the style.

I know: I've had to hide books when younger cousins come around. Not because I don't like them looking, but because some of the ideas are not, quite, their level, yet. I didn't do that once, a while ago... and... Caroline (over-protective mother) came down like a tonne of bricks when she smelled possible corruption of her darling with scary concepts. Said darling was actually giggling, but, hey...

My print only special arrived today! Hurray!

If they're still shipping about 300 orders a day, then the "whole story" pack probably won't ship until next week at the earliest.

Don't panic guys, this is almost definitely the busiest this company has ever been, and you'll get your stuff at some point.
