Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Oh the shame, I forgot to post when my first package arrived!
Swag Pack #2 reached my best-friend-who-plays-P.O.-box two weeks ago (the week I had my birthday, can I get a yaaay for the massive coincidence? =D). We were Skyping, and all of a sudden he said "oh, the postman's here, wait a sec", and I started jumping up and down in my seat because I had this feeling…
So yeah, although the envelope was a bit battered, the contents were complete but I still haven't found a worthy place to put my swag :?
And finally, even more good news: Swag Pack #1 is on its way as well, I got the shipping notice a week ago. That will be my "have fun in the new term"-present. I really like my past self.

Recieved my WAXP and SSaDT yesterday. Great stuff, actually. Didn't realize Rich was a fan of Babylon 5. Just finished rewatching it about a month ago, during which I was beginning to see how OotS breaks down into Introduction, Rising Action, Complication, Climax, and Denouncement.

So I go outside this morning and what do I find on my doorstep but a gigantic Priority Mail box full of OOTS stuff! Hooray! The swag looks awesome and I finally get to read the books. It's a good day.
I never did get a shipping notice, so other people who are waiting on one, don't despair.

Hey guys. I just wanted to ask a quick question because I couldn't find the answer.....
After going through all my stuff - which was All the Books + The Game, I realized I didn't get the print of the full poster. Should I email the Giant here or on the Kickstarter?
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Check inside the books? Mine was tucked into one of the coloring books.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I was missing my poster as well, but it was a special add-on to another package. Messaged Rich, and he said they just forgot to include it since it was a special add-on and such.
That was a while ago, and I still haven't gotten it, but I'm guessing it's in one of those "misc. problematic orders" that got pushed to the end of the line, so I'm not worried.

I guess it makes me feel a little better than I still don't have my package, at least others are in the same boat as me. I have sent 3 messages via kickstarter with no response. I know Rich is injured so I am trying to be patient.
Has anyone else encountered anything else as a reason for delay? Bad address etc.?

I haven't received my package yet. As a matter of fact I haven't even received a confirmation mail that my order has been shipped and ookookdook was supposed to have finished shipping last week. So, naturally I messaged them (which I generally recomend, instead of messaging Rich, the man's injured and he's not responsible for the shipping of orders that were not signed by him) twice and both times I got a very rude responce telling me I need to wait since they haven't finished shipping yet and that I should mail them next week.
I suppose I won't mail them anymore until they've officially stated that they've finished shipping.
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Anyone else order the Whole Story+Game and have gotten theirs? It still hasn't been 15 business days so mine isn't late just yet (since it should have shipped last Tuesday per that one update), I'm just curious if others have gotten theirs yet so I can figure out when mine is arriving.
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
My letter (art print + Shticky Sticks + one book) arrived today here in Germany. I was happy to receive it, but apparently the letter wasn't handled too carefully and the book and the coloring book both got bend corners. Did this happen to others too? I don't want to complain about something unavoidable, but the book would have looked better if I had gotten it in a store.
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
My box made good time! I got the shipping notice on Friday, and now it has arrived on Monday. *does a happy dance* I can't wait to dive into all the Oots-y goodness.
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I posted in the Kickstarter comments about this when I received my package Friday, but I did finally receive my package--- missing a book. =(
I've e-mailed Rich and will probably follow up here. I'll be excited to finally have all the stuff, but this has been a somewhat anti-climactic adventure for me so far.
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Some of us in the Kickstarter "F5 club" (as well as a couple of forum members) put together a little online get-well card for Rich. Didn't want to clog his inbox over there since he is already behind, so I am posting it here and hoping he'll see it...
There are some really talented artists out there who made some fun cartoons and stuff (and then there are people like me who can barely hold a pen, but it's the thought that counts! ) Here it is!
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I received my shipping confirmation email more than a month ago, yet alas my package is no where to be seen. I got the Sticky Shticks expansion - anyone else still waiting on an international order?
Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Question - anybody else who got an I.O.U. on Schticky Schticks not yet have it? Just wanting to make sure I'm not alone on this.

Oh, and to those of you who got the rest of their stuff but got I.O.U.'s for Sticky Shticks: Those should get out before the end of the year even if I can't sign my name.
