First off, I'd like to point out that there was one issue in common with all of the entries, which was that all of you created cards of all different colors, instead of focusing on one or two colors, as I had suggested. I know it might be tempting to try and showcase the entire set, but for this contest you're only allowed to make 6 cards, and you can't show off the whole set with just 6 cards. By focusing on a single color, you're able to showcase what that color is doing in your set much better, rather than having cards that are all doing different things and don't interact in any way.
Binks:
Spoiler
Bodyguard, as currently worded, doesn't make any sense at all. I don't think this is how you intended it, but currently it means that you can leave the bodyguard back, and then block everything with your 0/1 nobles. Since your opponent can't assign lethal damage to the bodyguard, he can't damage any of your creatures. I'm not sure what role you intended the bodyguards to be used for, either. If you want to keep your nobles from dying, then couldn't you just not block with them in the first place?
Ninjaman
Spoiler
Servant seems like a cool mechanic. Unfortunately, it's hard to judge since you only have one half of most of the colors. I can't see any immediate problems with any of the cards, but without seeing the other half, that's not really saying much.
Mythestopheles
Spoiler
I could see this turning into a pretty cool set actually, but you should have focused on just one of the classes. As-is, it's just a collection of OK cards. The Boss Monster card is really weird, though, and probably too strong.
Duos
Spoiler
Reminds me of storm, and actually Sudden Drop really just is a storm spell. Momentum seems less breakable than Storm, but it also seems to suffer from the same issue of just not being very good unless you do break it. The Sloperider Daredevil mechanic seems like a much better mechanic in general, I would have liked to see you explore that a bit more. Torsion-bound Spellbook seems like a pretty cool design as well, though probably too powerful currently.
Necroticplague
Spoiler
First off, since these are commons, you need to include the rules text for any new keywords. For Anchoring, this means a lot of extra text, at least with the current wording.
As for anchoring itself, I don't know if there's really much design space there. It seems to be stepping on the toes of both Enchantments and Soulbond, and there isn't all that much space between those for cool stuff. There's also some weirdness to it, where if one of the cards is exiled, then the other is too? That seems like it's adding a bunch of complexity for not that much gain.
As for the cards themselves, all of them seem to be...extremly underpowered. Ideal of Valor is the only one that's half-playable, and even then it's an angel that doesn't fly?
Istari
Spoiler
First off, I like that you focused more on a single aspect of the set, with Adventuring Archaeologist being the odd duck out. Ignoring that, Forget seems like a nifty mechanic, since it allows you to mill without potentially providing graveyard fodder for your opponent. It also means when it's used on yourself, it's more of a cost rathern than just being a bonus to abuse. Not that mill is bad or anything, but this just allows for different design angles. Keepers of the Lost, though, is definitely way too strong. Cast it on turn 3, then turn 4 cast Forbidden Knowledgex2 and swing for 32 damage.

I see what you did thar. That's a pretty nifty combo, and I could see the other cards working well on their own as well. Unfortunately, one infinite combo does not a set make, so it's hard to judge based on that.

Istari! This is the entry that showcased a set the best, mostly because it focused much more than the rest on one part of the set, though I think even here it could have benefitted from a lot more focus.

I was going for all of the allied color combinations representing what the multicolor aspects of the set would be like- U/W can cycle through cheap artifacts, and then just grab any one that they need. W/G uses artifacts to synergize with creatures- return a cheap body, untap a larger creature, profit, and so on. I can see how that would be a bit too vague for filling out a block, though...

Thanks! I spent a fair amount of time trying to come up with a library matters/library as a resource thing and I really wanted to keep the abuse away. As for the Archaeologist it was more of me trying to come up with a card that interacted with the library in an interesting way, play with the lost knowledge aspect of the flavor, as well as referencing Indiana Jones. Keepers was intended to activate once per Forget activation, but getting the wording was hard.
Just wanted to explain a bit of the thoughts behind my design.
Now we all know elves and goblins as classic magic creatures, but its time to let some new faces share the spotlight.
This week's Challange: Design a pair of creatures to represent a new tribe
Picking a type used before, but that lacks a tribal identity is fine.

I'm going with one that has a lot of cards already (118 per gatherer) but no real tribal identity or support at this time (there's no point to playing a deck built around them, they're just thrown in other decks with no tribal component). Insects! Creepy Crawlies.
Basic theme is building up a huge army of little creatures and swarming your opponent, taking advantage of having a ton of little guys. To that end my two cards to support the tribe are both creatures, one getting bigger the more insects you have and eating other creatures to make more insects, the other being a lord that gives you more insects.
Insect Swarm - 2G
Creature - Insect - R
~'s power and toughness are equal to the number of Insects you control.
Whenever ~ blocks or becomes blocked by a non-artifact creature you may pay 2GG. If you do then Consume that creature (to consume a creature destroy it then put a 1/1 green insect creature token on the battlefield)
*/*
Queen Bug - 3G
Creature - Insect - R
Shroud
Other Insects you control get +1/+1
At the beginning of your upkeep put 2 0/0 Green Insect Larva creatures on the battlefield. Those creatures have "At the beginning of your upkeep sacrifice this creature and put a 1/1 Green Insect Token on the battlefield" Kill the Queen or you'll never stop the swarm.

Devil Gangleader 1RRR
Creature - Devil M

Whenever a Devil you control would deal damage to a player, it deals double that damage instead. Few can lead such a menace as devils.

Surrakar Spinesnapper 1BB
Creature-Surrakar (R)
Whenever [CARDNAME] deals combat damage to an opponent, target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the damage dealt to that player this turn.
3/2
Murklurker Drowner 3U
Creature-Surrakar (U)
When [CARDNAME] enters the battlefield, tap up to two target creatures.

Cool beans. Are you also using my card for your set, then? (You have permission to, just to be clear)
Oops, that was just the framing device for the challenge, I'm not actually working on a set. Sorry about that.
Satyr Reveller 1RG
Creature – Satyr Scout U
Haste
When Satyr Reveller enters the battlefield reveal the top card of your library. If the revealed card is a creature or land, put it into your hand. Otherwise put it on the bottom of your library. “Old farmer Drayen was quite upset to find the party had spread to his back field. Until the satyrs gave him a drink that is.” - Maven, town gossip.
2/2
Sileni Beast Adept 2RRG
Creature – Satyr Shaman R
2RG, Discard a creature card: Sileni Beast Adept deals damage equal to the discarded creatures power to target creature or player.
4/3
You really captured the frog feel here though you lose a bit for the Longtongue Sensei's effect having an error and being very similar to the Spider tribe, but otherwise very good.
Binks
Spoiler
Love the flavor you have going on and Insect Swarm is a great card, but a little leery of the Queen because of the shroud which means that those insect tokens are going to keep coming for the foreseeable future. However I can definitely see why you put it considering the power level of elven tribal cards.
AgentPaper
Spoiler
Good way of capturing the aggressive feel of the minotaurs, but I think you played it too safe. As a introduction to a tribe they don't really stick out and excite you. Very solid cards, but its not catching my interest.
tgva8889
Spoiler
I like what you have going here and making the Devils more trickster like separates them from Demons nicely, however I think you start to run into Goblin territory a bit. Its a minor point though and otherwise you captured the flavor and provided an interesting tribal buff in the Gangleader.
Ninjaman
Spoiler
Fun, but it may be a bit over the top. My main concern is the unblockable theme, which is a bit boring in play since it removes the primary creature interaction of the game and really limits the options to develop them as a tribe. Additionally, the Bashing Beebles drawback is relatively meaningless since most players will either have four lands when you can play it or will play the land anyways.
Duos
Spoiler
Don't really have anything particular to say here, both are nice useful cards, but I think you suffered by not having a standout creature or lord.
Strategos
Spoiler
Interesting, the Adept particularly sticks out as a fun build around card and the cards both work well in an aggressive RG deck.
And the winner is
Spoiler
Binks for best matching the fun flavor of the insects while making both an interesting creature and a fun lord.
I think Devils having some similarity with Goblins is mostly unavoidable; Red doesn't have that many creature mechanics that you can put at Common, and they're both relatively small. I tried to focus on the mechanics of the bigger devils like Gang of Devils, Flayer of the Hatebound, and Pitchburn Devils, since many of the smaller ones were just random dorks. I suppose it would have been better to make Devil Gangleader more specific.
Also, I totally should have done Surrakar.
Congrats, Binks!

Pokemon White Friend Code: 3353 3706 1386
Thanks to araveugnitsuga for my current Poke-atar.
I went for a common and uncommon because those are the cards that most players will see and play with, so they're more important for establishing the theme of the race, whereas rares and mythics tend to be exceptions to the rule.
Cool. I agree that the shroud makes it a little dangerous. I played around with a lot of variants on the theme of 'the swarm protects the queen' like shroud but they always ended up just being too complex and wordy without really adding much that shroud didn't. In the end it just felt right that a pyroclasm (or similar effect) was the best way to kill the swarm.
Well after 2 multicard challenges I feel the need to return to a single card challenge but with something about it being multiple. So here we go.
This week's Challenge: Design a card that uses 2 existing keywords (or ability words, or non-keyworded mechanics that are highly visible, I'm not super picky) that have never been in a set together. This means no evergreens unless they're relative new (fight, for example, has only been in a couple of sets and intimidate is also pretty new) and don't pick any keywords that were both in the same expert expansion (so no miracle plus soulbond, but miracle plus flashback works fine as they weren't in the same set).
Good Luck! I recommend taking advanage of the MTGSalvation wiki article on keywords as it lists the sets each keyword has appeared in for a lot of them, usually just missing the ones that have appeared in a huge number of sets.

Also, if you're going to dock points for not having a lord, at least say that you want us to design a lord.
I wasn't necessarily going to dock for lords, but I felt a few tribes suffered from a lack of identity without a defining lord. Duos had the most compelling entry either way though, so don't feel bad about it.

Wildflare Cascade 3R
Instant-U
Wildflare Cascade deals 1 damage to target player and 1 damage to up to one creature that player controls.
Storm, Ripple 4 "Bring no metal on our journey. Bad luck begets worse."
Binks-I can appreciate your worries about shroud. I might have gone with "Sacrifice an insect: Regenerate [CARDNAME]". Flavorful and much less worrisome.
