Here there are multiple Followers of the Apocalsype regulating the water and directing the electricity to where it's needed in the city!

Brunswick
Brunswick is a bustling settlement of commerce this morning! Steam is bellowing from Fort Andross where food is being cooked and traders are selling their wares.

People are going to and fro in a busy pace!

Brunswick, Followers' HQ - Fort Andross
Here, the Followers of the Apocalsype have a stand set up, trying to recruit new people to their cause!

A young lady is standing at the entrance of the HQ, watching as Brunswick wakes up.
She wears a worn leather cowboy hat on top of her auburn, chin length hair.
A white doctor's coat tells you she's had medical training.

A woman opens the stand for business, her Follower's uniform evidently showing who she is along with her name tag saying: Elouise Natail.
She walks over to the lady standing at the entrance.
"Can I help you with something?"

The woman tips her hat at Elouise.
"Mornin', ma'am.Name's Ella Gwynfell. I'm here to apply for the position of doctor."
She opens her bag and gives her some papers.
"Here's my resume, experience and recommendations."

Brunswick - Fort Andross, FS
"Mhm..." Elouise muses as she looks over the recommendations and the resume.
"Haven't seen a proper resume since before the war."
Oh, forgot to mention, Elouise is a ghoul!
"All seems to be in order. You're to go to Doctor Brownstein in the Town Hall. He caters to the townies. You're to help him with what he needs to prove your experience. Recommendations don't mean much in the world any more, you know?"

"Learned my skills from an old fashioned guy, I suppose." She says.
Swinging her shotgun over her shoulder, she goes to make her way to the town hall.

Ella arrives at the town hall and asks around for Doctor Brownstein.

She might notice that it's filled with people laying down on cots as a black man wearing a Wastelander's Doctor's Outfit rushing about and treating them.
No on else is there, though if she has a good eye she'll notice that most of the people have been hurt by...animals...

[Brunswick, Fort Andross, Trading Area]

An unnaturally pale woman, with fingers rather longer than they should be, and short gold hair, is walking through the stalls belonging to the various traders. She's wearing something similar to this, reinforced with various thin plates of leather and metal, as well as a pair of violet-tinted goggles, which hide her eyes rather well. And, of course, like almost all wanderers, she's got weapons; in this case, one of these strapped to her back, and this on her left hip.

Pausing at one of the stalls, which is apparently offering various types of medical supplies and drugs, she examines the wares curiously.

For once in his life, Emmet had a excess of caps, so he has headed to the market to look for some extra bullets for his P90. Of course, 5.7 cal bullets were rare even before the war, so he doesn't look like he's successful so far. The stares from all the smoothskins aren't helping his mood either.

Ella waits a bit until she sees the man is a little less busy.
"Excuse me, sir? Are you Mr. Brownstein?I'm Ella Gwynfell, I was sent here by Ms Natail to help you with the patients."

And she does notice, fearing the wounds are caused by no mere animals.

Brunswick - Town Hall
"Yes, yes I am. Now get to treating their wounds. It's something I've never seen before...it's like a Deathclaw attacked them and then a Nightcrawler filled them with poison."
"By the way, they're from the mayor's excavation party from the Fallout Shelter on Jorden Ave."
He continues hurrying about, though he seems to be making no process on the comatose victims.

Emmet might notice a particular smoothskin selling some of the more...rare weapons. Having a Mesmetron on display kinda shows that.

At the medical stand the ghoul woman manning it looks at the pale woman curiously.
"What can I do for you, smoothskin?"

The mutant pauses in her examination of the wares, looking up at the ghoul woman.

"I'm running low on stimpacks. Jet and Steady would be good too. Plus some bandages, and a couple spools of thread, if you've got them."

The ghoul gets everything but the Jet and Steady and puts it on the counter, using the cash register(that has been changed a bit) to show the total coming out to 240 caps.
"I can sell you everything but the Jet and Steady. The Followers have been asking for us traders to keep it from the junkies. Though...for a few extra caps I might be willing to look the other way..."

A man in brown, his face obscured with a combination of a gas mask and cloth wrappings. He doesn't appear to be armed with anything other than a metal staff. He seems to be looking for something, and appears to be eyeing the rare weapons display.

The man running the stand looks up through his goggles from his book at the man in the gas mask.
"What do you want?"

Brunswick - Town Hall

Ella nods and tilts her head back, revealing a pair of goggles.
Kneeling next to a victim, she puts them on and fumbles with the glasses. Apparently they can be used as some sort of binoculars.
"Never seen anything like them. Got any idea about the poison? Is it just paralyzing or worse? "
It looks pretty bad.

Emmet was about to go and make his request, but then the masked man ends up beating him to the punch. Instead, he waits for his turn.

The man walks up to the stand reaching into a pocket with his free hand. He sets a very large bullet on the table, and motions to it.

He turns his gaze at the ghoul.
"What do you want, Roughskin?"

Though Emmet would've reacted to the "roughskin" about 50 years ago, he's learned to just let it slide off. He just says, "5.7 by 28 millimeter subsonic rounds. How many do you have?"

The man sighs, and motions to his mouth. He pulls a finger across his throat, then sets a bag on the table. It jingles when he moves it, and is obviously filled with bottlecaps.

The man nods at Emmet.
"Lucky for you, a ghoul just came in and sold me a couple clips worth of it."
He removes the clips from the back and places them on the table.
"That'll be *reasonable amount of money for them*"

He looks at the gas mask man.
"Alright, I'm going to say a couple things. You nod your head when I hit the right thing. 1. You want me to find out what weapon this bullet came from or 2. You want more bullets like this one."

At the second thing the man behind the table says, the masked man nods.

Emmet will reach into his backpack and pull out a box containing the appropriate number of caps. He thought that the price was pretty cheap for a hundred rounds and two clips, but doesn't decide to complain.

Hunter sighs.

"Look, I'm not a junkie. I'm a mutant; I need those because my body chemistry's been shot to hell and I've got some deficiencies I shouldn't have, which those treat."

"Look, unless you can convince a Follower to give you permission to buy them or you give me, say 10 caps, I'm afraid I can't sell them to you."
"I can, however, treat you with them."

The man takes the caps Emmet provides and put them in the safe, handing over the clips in the process.
He then also grabs a large case from the back. It seems to be made of mildewed wood and has the words: U.S. ARMYemblazoned in white in the peeling olive green paint.
"I call it the grab box. I just put random bullets inside. Mostly because I have no idea what they go to and I have no idea what that bullet is. You're welcome to look through it."
He looks at Emmet.
"Anything else I can do for you? Repair your gun perhaps?"
The gas masked man will finda whole clip of the bullets he wants in the grab box if he looks through it well enough.

Deep in the mutant's eyes, a spark of light, flickering like a flame, and barely hidden by her goggles, flares to life

"I don't need to be treated with them; I need to break them down and synthesize something else. Taking them is a stopgap, at best. So how about you give them to me or I tell the Followers you're selling to anyone for a few caps? Bet they wouldn't be too happy to hear that, would they?"

"Go ahead and do it, Smoothskin. I'm sure they'll listen to you, a stranger who's just wandered into town today who's unlike anything anyone has ever seen before over me, a trusted trader who's been here trading before the Followers ever came and has never done counter-productive to their work to their knowledge."
"Either do as I said or beat it, Smoothskin. You can't scare me."

"No, I can keep my weapons in shape. Thanks, though." With that, Emmet turns and walks away, new clips in hand, and walks around the market, looking for anything that might catch his fancy.
