Can V be redeemed? Yes. Even people as terrible as Xykon and Nale can be redeemed, in my opinion.
Will V be redeemed? My gut says no. Of all the OOTSers, s/he strikes me as the least likely to get a happy ending.

Will Vaarsuvius be the first to tell the Order about Familicide? Yes or No?

Hm... I don't honestly know that I can answer that. I don't think V will tell them about it unless she feels she has no choice but to do so, but I also can't see how else they would learn about it, so answering "no" wouldn't quite fit either. Yet I'd also be hesitant to say the others won't learn about it at all, given how major of an issue it is. So, yeah, I just have no clue.

In what sense?
Edit: All right, chaotic.

Like Zevox above, I am unsure, and for the same reasons. But for the sake of the poll, I'll say yes, because I really do hope that V will have the courage to own up.

No. It potentially means giving up more information than 'I killed Girard's family' because the rest of the party will dig and it might reveal the contract with the fiends. Although Rich likes to break with literary convention, I'm pretty sure he won't break the 'surprise revealed (usually by someone else) at an inopportune time' convention/trope. Nonetheless, I'd be happy to see him try.

Neutral, though on the whole I have a slight bias towards Lawfulness over Chaos.

I was going to say yes on the matter but after some thought it's correct that s/he'd have to explain way roo much detail... So no, unless there is some way to avoid going into details about how it happened.
I'm guessing the Order learns of V's actions from a source other than V and I personally am somewhere between lawful and neutral, at least in that area of the alighnment chart.
I'm going to have to go with v will tell the order, since there are only 9 other beings who actually know it happened, and that v was responsible.
The IFCC will not reveal themselves to the order, they have nothing to gain. Quar won't talk to the order, they want to kill him. The ABD is dead and in an evil afterlife so she's out. I really doubt the 3 members of V's family will show up.
Which only leaves Blackwing to possibly tell the order what V did.

No. Drama dictates that the others will find out some other way, and that there will be a lot of inter-group tension. This may or may not lead to either or both character growth or plot development.
And while I enjoy and admire chaotic characters, I can't claim to be anything but Lawful myself.

I think she will.
There's a chance that Qarr still assists Z and tell the Linear Guild how the Draketooth died once they arrive, but I thinks V will join the group and reveal it before we come to this.

When Durkon cast 'Speak With Dead' on a male Draketooth corpse, he politely informed the Order that the gate lay between Girard's buttcheeks. While this is probably untrue in a literal sense, do you think the gate will be resting in between Girard's buttcheeks in a metaphorical sense, or some other kind of semantic loophole which makes his answer technically true? Yes or No?
For our Bonus Question, I'm introducing the 'Favourite NPC tournament.' Basically I just went to the 'Number of Character Appearances' thread, picked the 16 most frequent non-pc characters, and put them in random order. Most votes goes through to the second round, standard tournament stuff. The first match up is...

Yes. I don't believe it's possible for a body to respond to questions asked while under Speak with Dead with lies.

Team Evil explodes! Have at it folks.

I am going to go with yes, though I confess that I am likely to have actually got this one wrong - it could easily be just a joke.
And for the NPC, I am really hard-pressed to choose one, but I'm going to go with Redcloak.
Also, there is something pleasingly inconclusive about the Teams question - 50% could go either way, and half the others go one way while the exact other half go the other way. It's very symmetrical.

Redcloak Monster in the Darkness
The Gate is around the rift. Its either Girrards Buttocks, or his underwear. The idea of magical world saving underwear amuses me greatly, so I say YES
I'm going to have to say yes. It seems like the kind of thing Girard would do to further spite any paladins that might come looking. Make them look up his butt...
So yeah. And for the bonus, I have a hard time picking, but I'd have to go with
