Those are both probably the characters I feel the most neutral towards. I guess I'll give it to Celia, just for being more memorable. I mostly remember Hinjo for something that is technically a separate character (Argent), whereas Celia's individual character and identity are definitely something you talk about.

Among the rump Sapphire Guard, Hinjo's the closest to a non-entity. And I agree with ti'esar that Celia's hatedom needs countering; IMHO it's mostly unwarranted.

I'll pick Celia, too. A fairly fleshed out character who is able to achieve a peaceful, beneficial solution in the middle of a warzone and provides quality comedy for a lot of the webcomic. Unnecessarily hated on by a lot of people.

Hinjo hasn't done much besides fail - not entirely his fault, but he is not as awesome as some of the SG. Oh well, considering he's competing with the likes of O-Chul ...

Also, yes, that's Draketooth.

Celia. While she tends to be a bit annoying in DstP, she is a more unqiue character than Hinjo.

Well, I don't really see any point to putting a fake corpse down there, so I'll have to agree that it's really Girard. So, my vote is Yes.

And as for the better NPC...

Hinjo! I think that you could put pretty much any character here and I would vote them over Celia. I haven't been able to stand her since she gave away Haley's money to the thieves guild without telling her. That stunt just soured me on her permanently.
