Those are both probably the characters I feel the most neutral towards. I guess I'll give it to Celia, just for being more memorable. I mostly remember Hinjo for something that is technically a separate character (Argent), whereas Celia's individual character and identity are definitely something you talk about.

The Order just found a corpse. Is that corpse Girard Draketooth? Yes or No?
I really think I ought to go with No. Someone's got to be around to exposit about the Order of the Scribble.

Among the rump Sapphire Guard, Hinjo's the closest to a non-entity. And I agree with ti'esar that Celia's hatedom needs countering; IMHO it's mostly unwarranted.

I'll pick Celia, too. A fairly fleshed out character who is able to achieve a peaceful, beneficial solution in the middle of a warzone and provides quality comedy for a lot of the webcomic. Unnecessarily hated on by a lot of people.
Hinjo hasn't done much besides fail - not entirely his fault, but he is not as awesome as some of the SG. Oh well, considering he's competing with the likes of O-Chul ...
Yes, definitely Girard's corpse, the dead cannot lie. I'm having trouble dreaming up a different interpretation for his words.
Hinjo, this is the man who tag teamed an epic, make-my-skin-tingly speech with Soon, who rides a crazy wolf dog, who denied Elan his eye patch, who spoke without shame about his freely sharing his junk, who overheard the PCs' plan and upended it out of spite. Nothing against Celia, just not my type.
Yes. If there is any duplicity, it's not the body.
Celia.

I see no reason why it wouldn't be. And the Draketooth they questioned may be able to speak in riddles but he can't lie. And his answer at least seems to suggest that the skeleton belongs to Girard.
Hinjo
Props for the cool mount. Argent is a totally sweet name for it too. UNLEASH THE FURY!

Yes, it is Girard, and my vote goes to Hinjo.
(EDIT: Wow, I've seen some pretty good arguments for Celia. I don't have anything against her either, I just like Hinjo more. Plus, Hinjo's junk.)

No I think they'll encounter him in some form of permanent illusion, like was prepared at the random location they arrived at.
Yep, that is my theory too. I'm thinking in something not unlike what we saw in #693-695.
So YES, he died of old age and it's not turned into the statue (which is too big, by the way)
Hinjo rules, but I saw some pretty decent arguments pro-Celia, so I my vote is hers.

Well, I don't really see any point to putting a fake corpse down there, so I'll have to agree that it's really Girard. So, my vote is Yes.
And as for the better NPC...
Hinjo! I think that you could put pretty much any character here and I would vote them over Celia. I haven't been able to stand her since she gave away Haley's money to the thieves guild without telling her. That stunt just soured me on her permanently.
I believe that he was locked in there, because if you look at it, it looks like his bed. Old age got him in his sleep, he would have blasted his way out if he was locked in.
