They're still standing be cause of DR, Regeneration & Fast Healing (also, the Atropals have a bit of a feedback loop type thing from their Negative Energy Aura).
I know that DR doesn't apply to magic, although I'm not sure whether regeneration does; I'll look it up, quick-like.

Alright, regeneration does apply (although according to the MM, only creatures with con scores can have regeneration, it says atropals do in the ELH, so I assume that takes predominance)

Atropals are stillborn gods... it's only reasonable for them to have Regeneration.

So then, I take it that they are not destroyed regardless of the lack of application of DR?

Right first off everything right by the orb has to make a will save (which is why I threw the mouse at them before I transformed) the save is 40 or they go insane and than it fires two eye rays at the atropal they're disintegrate.

Did I say they were at full health? No. The Atropals are at about 22hp each and the Phaeton is sitting around 211hp.
I know, it's just that "brought them down to very low health before they were picked off by my friends" is a lot less impressive than "Utterly and singlehandedly destroyed them."

You're going to need to roll for damage and list the DC, you know.

Aurora stands up from in the back row of seats in the arena on the east side... Well... that was quite the show... She proceeds to say a couple words while making a somewhat rushed sign with her hands...
19683 Celestial Monkeys appear on the ground where all the monsters have been appearing, all of them wielding Heavy Crossbows.
Since it would be impractical to roll to see if all of them could hit so, I'll roll once for a cluster to hit each of you...

All across the board we're fine even if my cohort had a low armor class he could take that much damage. Wait not entirely accurate my mu spore goes boom.
"Ma'm I'm afraid you'll have to do much better than that. I say from the cloud that I now am." (shapechanged into an incoporeal creature)

Well then, as doom posted first, I suppose Jack's elemental should go before mine.

Earth elemental sinks into the earth than burrows towards aurora. "That's very good. Make sure to keep taking deep breaths. Helps the flow of magic. I also wanted to ask if you'd be interested in our herbal tea it's half off with a full body massage." I yell to her

Quick question; how large is the area in which the monkeys are? Is the ground 320 square feet or less?

Knack grows angry with the pitiful attacks bouncing off of his body. With a roar, his body starts to change into a grim and gruesome figure. Tentacles start protuding through his metalic body writhing in all directions. He then sets his baleful gaze apon the aurora, his mere presence making the monkeys jittery.
Spoiler
manifest "form of doom" using the cognizance crystal of the body to pay for the 11 pp

The Xixecal takes in a deep breath than jumps in the air to the middle of the field (monkeys should probably move) than shoots out a breath of freezing cold breath at the phaeton and anyone standing nearby.
Spoiler
(12d6)[35] the damage to all creatures within a cone of three hundred feet. The save is fortitude of 61.
Than summons an old white dragon.
My cohort lets out a rip roaringly loud roar, with blood pouring out of his mouth. He leaps into the center and here comes the fun. My cohort has a +37 to hit and does that much damage as well if he kills something he's allowed to hit another creature at the +37 with the +37 if he kills again he gets to do it again and again. He's also allowed to move five feet between each killing. So to sum it up he can't miss and he can't fail in killing something. Monkey field wipe. So he's going to try and work in a circle and end up by the old lady looking her in the eyes.
Also the mu spore is dead.

It would appear that you never rolled for initiative- as you could not have gotten lower than a 1, I would say that you should just act immediately.

(Yeah alright I'll go now. Sorry for ending combat.) I cast Maximized time stop I smile "Herbal tea half off please all tea is just silly plants mashed up in water." I laugh casting quickened polymorph any object (ring of epic wizardry level 8 and one of level 9.) under the old lady making a very large opening than reaching into a handy haversack for a gate key. I turn the large opening into a gate to the plane of positive energy. "I may not be able to hit you but I can heal you to death." as I ensure the portal is one way. I teleport to Aurora and use stone shape to wrap her in stone up to her head making sure I have her arms covered. I whip out a plain old dagger and wait for the time stop to end where I cast Anti-magic field. Stone stays put which means she stays put. "Miss Aurora I believe we've won. You have no magic and neither do I but I do have a sharp dagger. Call off everything or I will ensure my victory." I whisper in her ear.(Also if that's not the real her Hallok's true seeing should've seen through it)
