The wolfman and Jace switch places... but, once the wolfman realizes he is surrounded he is faced with a difficult decision... fight to the death or suicide... and he quickly slashes across his stomach with his brilliant energy scythe... and drops to the ground dead.

Melk, confused by the two Frost Giants sudden withdrawal, whips out his greatsword again and judges the survivability of the enemy Drow. He will then move around to get into charge distance (10-140ft) from the Drow activating his ring in the process.
Spoiler
Move Action: Move around the area (up to 140ft) to get into position for a charge attack if necessary. Free Action: Draw Greatsword with movement Standard Action: Activate his ring of Blink
- Granting him Blink spell for 7 rounds.

I think it is worth noting that Hallok is currently 70 feet in the air, and so attacking him in melee will be difficult to say the least.

A warforge looks over at the giants in disgust and his eyes literally burning with hatred. You... You giants! What in Hell's unholly name are you doing here! The warforged says then with great malice. You can then notice the wickedly sharp claws at the ends of his arms.

The minature white kobold, among both the smallest and smartest of his people, plummets toward the ground, Passing the Drow Mage and almost to the nasty collision, when he disappears, to be standing on the ground where he would have landed, now with a pair of celestial Wings. He then points his piece of magitech at the drow, says "The Idiot mage has doomed himself." and looses a powerful bolt of magic at him, immediately after dispelling the magic the mage worked on his friends.
The Little Giant then takes to the Air, moving with great speed, passing the drow again and reaching 85 feet up.

Anything 11 above the Drows CL is a success.
Using Improv to boost the Checks, up to three more beyond the 5 will be Boosted, and any number less than 5 gives me improv points back. (as I couldn't have spent them.)
Then using fully expending a single blast rod for 120 damage (thank you maximize), and the most + to hit improvisation can give me (13) . (1d20+37)[54] Damage 120 Touch Attack
Improvisation now at [43/108] points.
Finally, The cognition cores will either cast spell immunity to negate the mage's next spell should they identify it ((1d20+67)[81] spellcraft), or will Use and then dismiss an antimagic field to stop the spell from hitting Vitis (unless the spell is identified as being of no danger to me).
Also, Time stop Dimension door trickery for safe landing,

Dunchard can fly, so he will have been able to attack the drow, 180 ft fly speed with perfect maneuverability!
As an immediate action Dunchard fills himself with a burning rage.
Consuming Hatred: At tenth level, 1/day for each 5 HD the Fire Giant can unleash his full rage as an immediate action, rising the temperature in a 5 feet radius around him to untolerable levels. Water boils and flammable objects catch fire. Oponents whitin the radius automatically take 1d6 fire damage for every 4 HD at the end of each of the Fire Giant's turns. Striking the Fire giant in melee in any way deals 1d6 fire damage forevery 4 HD and the attacker must make a reflex save with DC 10+1/2HD+Con modifier or catch fire as if striken by the Fire Giant's flaming weapon. The air itself distorts and burns, blocking any ranged attacks (even magical ones) coming from outside the radius of this effect. Spellcasters/manifesters inside the radius must still suceed on a concentration check with DC 20+1/2HD+Con modifier to cast/manifest. Consuming hatred lasts a number of rounds equal to the Fire Giant's Con modifier, and he's fatigued at the end of it.
Dunchard transfers his bonus to AC back to a bonus to-hit.
Dunchard then Full Attacks the Drow.

Wondering where the spellcraft check for your epic spell is, I Acted without rolling via magic, Khrom and The stone both beat you in initative, and Thanks for leaving a calling card, Hallok.
Further more, While only me a khrom are the only people on this side who didn't act out of order by skipping you, The stone (CowmasterTrojan) Still gets to hit you before your turn. So you'll likely have an AoO on you during that casting.
P.S. Next time, I'll be more prepared too.

At first, the spell from the drow affected the minds of Shiver and Shake, causing them to take a step in the direction of fleeing, but then the counter spell of Vitris dispelled the effect. They turn back to the battle, to see how they can aid the situation.

I already made the spell, and the DM approved it. I used my rod of excellent magic to cover the 2000 exp cost for casting the spell, though I forgot to roll for backlash damage- here it is, I guess. (30d6)[104]

By the spellcraft check for it, I was refer to the one needed to cast the spell. Also, Shiver and shake have been added to list of people who get to act before you run away. Looks like that 104 damage might cause you problems.

The sky darkens and the wind begins to pick up and grows colder. Out of the darkness comes a deafening roar. "Who dares tread upon my land." the town itself says. Lightning clashes illuminating the town for a moment and on the outskirts of the town are two giant masses one that looks like a living mountain and the other is quite clearly the tarrasque between them is a large floating hooded head with glowing red eyes. "Flee while you still can."

Should we go ahead and roll our attacks, or wait for the DMs okay. Or perhaps save them for yet another menace? We seem to be attracting all sorts of baddies.

Judging from your appearance, that dog would probably be a chihuahua. But whatever. Heres the deed. Of course, the drow didnt acknowledge it, nor does draco boy Jace, so you'll probably be no different.
