Yeah, how about we say that if you don't respond to their turn within 24 hours or so the DM bots the character? For this fight at least. Otherwise it's going to take a while. Personally I have no problem with my character being controlled if for some reason I'm unable to post for a while.
At this rate, we'll wrap up this intro combat in about... 2 years. =)
In the future, just have everyone post actions with their initiative and that way you can resolve 1 round every 24 hours.
I usually reward non-posts with lost action and being targeted by any single ranged attack or open attack. Thins out the less than active crowd while reducing the amount of danger the rest of the group faces to a degree.

That actually works pretty well considering our low level and lack of options besides hit it, shoot it, or throw magic at it. Though the squishies might feel better with stuff happening as it comes.
Ya, can someone PM Midori? This is getting frustrating... (And I never use this Emote).
If Midori can't be reached, can the DM NPC his/her character? I think we've waited long enough.
We have. I'm just as tired as you are. Post your actions, Midori's actions come whenever s/he comes back online.
EVERYONE. POST YOUR ACTIONS.
EDIT:
To sound less like I'm upset about timezones&personal lives/moderating a horse race:
I did expect this to move along much faster than it has, but I can only work around what I've got here. To expand upon my previous sentiment, post your actions NOW, including a quick blurb of your character's current status, and I'll put up the npc stuff once all of (or the majority of) the PC actions have been entered.
The quicker this thing goes along... the quicker it goes along.
Who asked me why I didn't use group initiative? Yeah, +1 to damage for you, buddy.

I apologize for my absence: my internet just seemed to die, and finding wireless in this town is a huge pain in the ass. The cable is getting fixed as I'm posting this right now, so I'll have internet at home again. Again, I apologize and feel really terrible, so your forgiveness, please.

Both sides of the battle have effectively made no effort to engage in melee. The enemies have only one guy charging headlong, with maybe one other member carefully pushing forward near Argath.
TL;DR: no one's really made any move actions. The enemies just spearchucked for cover, the PCs just fired a volley and whacked a stupid mul silly.
So for those reasons, to answer RPGagmJay's question, no I'm not updating the map just yet (there are only four moved characters total to speak of). Please refrain from round 2 actions in the IC, as not everyone has posted round 1 actions yet. However, if you want, go ahead and PM me your round 2 actions now. If the remaining round 1 actions don't get posted by the end of tomorrow, I'll post the remaining enemy actions (there's only a few left, by my count) and that will mark the free-for-all-post-round-2-action-stuff (and yes, my post at that time will include an updated map).
And dual-wieldy mul guy is still up and feeling fighty, only less so than previously.
EDIT:
@Leo: It's fine, it happens, no one's blaming you.

It was more of an approximation than anything. I realize that there weren't exactly four movements. I realize I said Argath "steps forward." That can cause confusion. I've edited the posts to reflect that.
Please note:
Kite's actions have yet to come up. Rentaromon, can I get a more specific location to anticipate where you want to be?
Well k is going to be smashed to death soon so i will move between the 2 pillars in front of me and shoot at J, even though i wont get near the same attack or damage =(
Spoiler

edit: lol almost a crit

For the record, Skav is behind the pillar just to the right of where he's shown on the mid-round map. I made a 20' move from my original position on a diagonal (3 squares) to the NE.

You shouldn't unless it's your off hand, which I'm pretty certain has a -2 penalty (I think...). But just holding two weapons and using one doesn't have the same penalty as two weapon fighting, if that's what you're wondering.

Do I have a penalty if my character holds a javelin in one hand, but attacks only with it or only with the club?
You can hold any weapon or object in your offhand by default without penalty. USING said object in combat automatically assumes you're two-weapon fighting, which has special rules and penalties for the added weapon damage. And is an awesome fighting build the developers often beat like a red-headed stepchild.
That said, using a javelin in one hand as a melee weapon nets a -4 penalty on attack rolls, just as if it were an improvised weapon. The appropriate two-weapon fighting penalties get added on top of that if you're planning on being that guy. You know the one; I think his name is Achilles or something.

Hmm, so who hasn't posted yet, because all of Group A has.
On the subject of turns and all turn-based games. Just repeating my previous statement, but all players have until the end of this day to post (around whatever time your mom would've told you to get off the computer and go to bed). Because I'm a geocentric-thing, I'll post the final turns for the round at that time, and round 2 will begin tonight. For those that stay up late and/or benefit from living someplace where my rules are stupid because they don't work with the sun's ecliptic path, this means that after I make my super awesome "this is what the badguys do" post later today, you get to start putting up all those sweet, sweet second round actions.

I thought I was TWF-ing only if I used both weapons in the same round. My point was if there was any penalty if I held two weapons, but only used one in one turn.

Like I said: Yes, TWF+Penalty if you use both weapons in the same round. No penalty to holding a weapon/object/person in your free hand.
Also, NEW MAP.
No, I'm not copypasting. I actually fill out all the forms for this bunk.
On the subject of TWF, I don't believe we let the TWF guy get a full round attack in. Well, unless Skav can somehow drop him. If all these guys have 15+ hp like K, we've got a problem here, and we're going to have to find some way to do lots of damage fast. On the plus side, it looks like Kite may be able to take out J before we find out how hard J hits. So it's not all bad.
