Believe me, I'm nothing like those stuffy priests of Pelor. I'm much more fun, and much, much more dangerous.
The Dionysian Mysteries are a cult that seeks to touch the divine through ecstatic dancing, music, and drink. They see the madness brought on by wine and revelry as inspiration from the gods. To qualify to become a maenad, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.
Intimidate 4, Knowledge (Religion) 9, Perform (Dance or Pipes) 9.

All of the following are Class Features of the maenad prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Maenads are proficient with the natural attacks they gain during their orgies.
Spells per Day/Spells Known
At each level a maenad gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if he had also gained a level in whatever spellcasting class she belonged to before she added the prestige class level.
Once per day, a maenad can enter an orgy. By drinking a flask of Blessed Wine, she gains additional powers from Dionysis. Her caster level increases by half her class level (rounded up), and the DCs of her spells increase by one third of her level (rounded down). Once during each orgy, she may spontaneously apply any metamagic feat she knows without modifying the spell's level, though she cannot add metamagic feats that would make the spell's effective level higher than the highest level of spell that she can cast normally. Finally, she gains two claw natural attacks. These attacks deal 1d4 damage if she is medium and 1d3 damage if she is small. If she hits with both attacks in a round, she latches onto the opponent’s body and tears the flesh. This attack automatically deals an extra 2d4 (2d3 if small) points of damage, plus 1.5 times her Strength modifier. While in an orgy, she cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except for Intimidate and Perform), nor can she activate magic items that require a command word, a spell trigger (such as a wand), or spell completion (such as a scroll) to function. An orgy lasts for a number of rounds equal to her Constitution modifier, and after the orgy the maenad is fatigued.
In order to recieve the benefits of the orgy, she must voluntarily fail the Blessed Wine's fortitude save. If she is immune to the intoxicating effects of the wine (such as if she is undead) she cannot enter an orgy.
The maenad gains an additional use per day of her orgy at 4th level and every three levels thereafter.
Dionysus's Blessing (Su)
Starting at second level, the maenad gains additional benefits from drinking Blessed Wine. When she is under the influence of the wine, she gains a sacred bonus to her Will Saves equal to her Charisma modifier. At 5th levels she also gains a +4 sacred bonus to her Strength and Constitution modifiers. Finally, at 8th level, she gains a bonus to all skill checks (except those with a key ability of Dexterity) equal to her Charisma modifier. If she is immune to the intoxicating effects of the wine (such as if she is undead) she cannot enter an orgy.
Improved Blessed Wine (Ex)
At 3rd level a Maenad can cast Bless Wine without a material component. Blessed Wine obtained this way does not function for anyone but her. She can still cast Bless Wine with a material component, in which case the wine functions as normal.
At 6th level a maenad gains access to a bonus domain. If she is Chaotic Good, she gains the Joy domain (BoED). If she is Chaotic Neutral, she gains the Madness domain (SC). If she is Chaotic Evil, she gains the Bestial domain (BoVD).
Sacred Metabolism (Ex)
At 9th level a maenad metabolizes alcohol differently from other people. When she drinks Blessed Wine she can choose to forgo its benefits (other than the benefits she gets from Dionysus's Blessing) to receive the benefits of a heal
Ecstatic Orgy (Ex)
At 10th level the maenad reaches the epitome of orgiastic spellcasting. While in an orgy, she can make an attack with her claws and cast a single spell as a standard action. Alternatively she can make a full attack with her claws and cast a single spell as part of a full-round action. The spell must have a range of Touch or Self, and the maenad may only target the creature she attacks or herself with the spell.

Will negates (harmless) (DC 16 + caster's Cha modifier)
This incantation is used in the Dionysian mysteries to encourage the spirit of madness to enter the celebrants' minds. It is typically the culmination of a week long frenzy of theater, oratory, dance, and musical performances, revelry, and drinking. Fey such as satyrs and nymphs often participate in the rites alongside humanoids.
To cast the incantation, up to 40 lay worshippers hold hands, forming a circle around the caster and his acolytes. (While the lay worshippers are not strictly necessary, they are typically included) The lay worshippers begin dancing, while the caster invokes Dionysus and his acolytes dance and play instruments. As the rite wears on, the singing, dancing, and imprecations reach a climax as Dionysus blesses his worshippers with the spirit of madness.
When the incantation is complete, any affected creature that can cast divine spells entrs an orgy. The effect is identical with a Maenad's orgy, except that it lasts 24 hours and the affected creature can spontaneously apply any metamagic feat she knows without modifying the spell's level once every 1d4+1 rounds. Any affected creature without the ability to cast divine spells enters a rage. The effect is identical with a barbarian's rage, except that it lasts 24 hours.
At the end of the effect's duration, all affected creatures are fatigued.
The caster plus 1d4 secondary casters (chosen at random) go insane for one year.

After one hour without drinking alcohol, they recover one point of damage to each ability score. the ability damage They gain a +4 bonus on Charisma checks and Charisma-based skill checks for 10 minutes, and, if they worship Dionysus, a +1 bonus to caster level on a single divine spell cast during that time.
