Rasha lifts an eyebrow when he starts to stutter, and scans him again quickly. She can still feel his sadness as keenly as she'd feel the presence of a disease, however he isn't ill. Odd.
"Well, we'll find her, 'kay? Them shifters are nice folk, an' if'n she ain't there, they'll know where she's at."
Closing her eyes, she conjures up a mental image of the Hold. The gentle forest, the smiling people. In the last moment before they teleport, she curses herself silently. She'd forgotten to tell him the laws of Laira! Ah well, he didn't know Her name, so they ought to be safe from Her gaze.
