Tilmek sits there numb. "How can we trust ourselves? We wont always be able to learn everything that has happened and why, but the passive way requires desiciveness. I can't match your vow, but from now on I will pay more attention to details before commiting to an action." he lifts his head and faces his new friend with teary eyes. "Did you manage to save them?"
"Yes, they should live." Vir-Sashi nods."You know, I always have to fight my primitive, more brutal nature. Today I let it out. I thought I can do that, if the case is just. But the case wasn't and I was wrong. We all make mistakes, I think. The important part is to atone for them." He says, trying to make his friend feel better about what happened.
Tilmek looks around then says, "We should go see what that was. It might be whatever actually killed all the villagers." he gets up and walks to the door. Then he turns and waits for Vir-Sashi before exiting.
"We should be careful, it sounds like bad news." Vir-Sashi says, going after Tilmek. He tries to pin down direction of the screams and recognize who could be the one making them.
You see Li standing near the well at the town center. He is standing over a hogtied goblin, gripping the goblin's hand. He jerks suddenly and the goblin lets out another agonized scream.
Vir-Sashi is watching the scene for a minute. That's how much he needs to comprehend what is is looking at. Once the fact that this absurd situation is true, he makes the most apprirate reaction he can think of.
"WHAT IN THE BLUE HEAVEN ARE YOU DOING?!" He yells, raising his arms and putting his hands on his head in shock and disbelief.
Li turns to face them. His face blank and cold. His voice holding a threat of violence that his words lack.
"I know. This must be done. If you haven't the stomach for what it is I must do...then turn back now. For if you choose to stop me, I will fight back and bind you as well. This creatures knows what we must, and I will extract it, even if from a corpse."
Li shifts himself into a readied stance and manifests Inertial Armor. AC is now 20.
He speaks softly so only the goblin can hear.
They will not be able to save you. You will talk, and only once I believe you, will your suffering end."
"Turn back? What a talk is that?!" Furious Vir-Sashi yells at Li. "this is not right thing to do! We can learn what we need to in different ways, but not like this! Tortures are not the means of true Friend of Justice! Turning back to injustice is even less! Vir-Sashi assumes battle stance. "I give you three second to free the goblin. Then I will not hold back!" he says, through, of course, he isn't going to kill his commrade. He isn't evil by any means, just confused."One." He says, his voice cold liek steel.
"Two." Says Vir-Sashi and immiediately runs at Li , trying to catch him within iron grasp of his arms, in terrifing bear hug that will sequeeze air out of his lungs until he will fall unconcious.
Being held, the goblin has no dodge bonuses to AC against others not in the grapple.

Li tried to move his arms to catch the hug and bring it to stop. Unfortunately, for Li, he was over powered and had his arms pinned to his side. He took a slow breath to calm himself and then would move to ram his forehead into his fellow monk's face.

When Han returns at the vicinities of the shop, he can't believe his eyes. What in Heironeous name is going on?. He walks over to the fighting men and yells: Are you all out of your mind, don't you remember the words of Master Caramip, to work as a team?
He points at the destruction around them. Don't you guys think we have better things to do?
He will also look at the goblin that Li is/was holding.
"I beg you!" Vir-Sashi yells, still holding Li in his arms."Stop it! Leave him be! There is no need for anymore suffering tonight!". As he talks, without loosing his grip for a oment, everybody who can see realize that he is crying. The fact he has to fight his friend and the guilt over what happened to the goblins, have drove him to tears.
Li groans at the kick to his head. That one was annoying and was making his ears ring. He lets out another breath as he flexes his muscles and tries to break free.

Strained words passing his lips as he struggled.Take a good look at me kid. These scars are from being subject to worse than I am doing him. It will make him talk and he will heal no worse. This is how to attain truth in battle. Don't like it, go back and be coddled by the masters. Leave the missions to those with stomachs for bitter work.
"There are other ways. And this...this is just wrong! It will not only scar him, it will taint your soul! I beg you, for your and my sake, let him be!" Vir-Sashi yells, crying even stronger.
"There are other ways. I'm sorry for what happened to you, but doing the same to others isn't justified by the cruelty commited against you." Tilmek takes a deep breath and lashes out quickly. He attempts to palm strike Li on the side of his head so it will twist quickly and rattle his brain into unconciousness.
Han Chun Li enters the merchant shop where Coanacoch is standing. There are two goblins in there. The one on the right bears the telltale piercings that mark him as Grimble. He's alive, but he doesn't look well. Several of his bones are broken and he is writhing in pain.
"Why did you do that?" Vir-Sashi asks Necahual, dropping unconcious Li. Tears are still flowing from his eyes and everybody can hear extreme sadness in his voice.
Han stands before the goblin and asks:
Are you the goblin they call Grimble?
The goblin with the piercings stops writhing for a second, with fear in his eyes. The brutish goblin nods his head eagerly and jabs a gnarled finger at the pierced goblin, "Him Grimble! His fault! Him leader! Him fault!"
The pierced goblin sneers at the brutish goblin and tries to drag himself to the northern exit. (No move adjustment made, he's moving inches per round right now.)
