How could this be ruined... we know that this is not gonna get played straight (haha), so the speculation lies in how exactly it's gonna go wrong.
Maybe a third party entering the house and finding both pairs being engaged somehow? (Since no one locks their doors or even closes them half the time.) Or Zii/NotALesbian getting interrupted by Yuki freaking out after attempting to harpoon the Kraken, kicking Zii's resistance back long enough to get out of her grasp?
Heh. This has to be like dangling a bottle of bourbon in front of a month-long sober drunk. But on the other hand, Zii has never gotten a kick out of cheating, as such, and I don't think she does now either. She's just really, really easy to tempt Even if Erik does satisfies her (which he no doubt does), it's probably hard for her to ignore such a focused attack from anyone, let alone someone she has a history of being severely physically attracted to.
Okay, so I want to stress something here. This, right here, right now, is Sonya getting payback on Zii. Assuming that Zii doesn't have the willpower to tear herself away from Sonya, then Sonya has turned her own game around right back at her. And from what's currently evident, her attraction is genuine; it's not out of spite or anything. And it's all Zii's fault.
I must say, that level of writing is above what I generally expect from a webcomic.

Honestly, this whole thing with Zii and Sonya is kind of Erik's fault. Zii knew that Sonya was a weirdo and a temptation for her, and she actively tried to stay away from her as much as possible. Erik, on the other hand, didn't care what Zii wanted or what potential problems she might have. He basically put her back into Zii's life over her objections and then conspired to leave them alone together saying it was a test.
If someone is a recovering alcoholic, you're supposed to help them stay clean, not lock them in a room with a bottle of Jack as a "test." That's just stupid. So if Zii does end up cheating with Sonya, I don't feel too bad for Erik. He's practically begging for it.
