Ethan looks at Romeo and scoffs with disgust. Of course we are going to do surviellance before we act. Everyone knows the first thing you do before an experiment is to research the components invovled. This is simply pre-planning. These plans can be altered if and when new information arises. Artemis senses a wave of frustration and anger at the pretty boy which quickly subsides. I suggest that after we are done here, we go do data gathering in whatever way's we deem neccesary. Just be discreet about it. Ethan eyes Romeo on the last part. We'll meet up tomorrow and collaborate our information and formalize a plan.

All research is good research. Finding out anything and everything we can from every possible source without raising suspcion. I can do searches through the internet to see if anything pops up.

And what would you suggest I do? Take a look at the Dojo? I'm tougher looking than most Psychics but not enough to not look suspect there. Though it might look better than either of you guys. If I go, what should I be on the lookout for? I could find his friend and try to get the boy to be on our side of things. If his friend is telling him that it's for the best, he might be more easily persuaded. That of course requires that he be there and the target not, but it may work. At worst I'm left asking around about him.

And I've only seen Geralds Joltik and my Eevee, but if your pokemon are on a similar level, pokemon like Wartortle and Rhyhorn will cause us a lot of trouble. One is strong and the other is evolved. Even with Sparky's type advantage, if we calculate in the other unknown trainer and his pokemon, I don't think we can do this at our current level and with our current teams. So priority is getting more pokemon and raising the ones we have.' Despite his idiotic demeanor, it seemed clear that he know his stuff when it came to pokemon.

Actually, I picked up some repair jobs near there, and we've both checked it out. Need to do a study on advanced reflexes and full articulation anyway, and physical training once the prototype's ready. Work together from that kind of angle?

Ethan's brow furrows, his eyes closing tight. I'm afraid the only ones who can fit in at the Dojo is Gerald and...with a huge sigh of frustration Paul. And we all know he is not the master of subtlty and tact. Romeo's contact might be our best bet from that avenue but whatever job Gerald has picked up can at least give him a reason to be there. I'm frankly not sure what or where you can do data gathering. Ethan wasn't used to being a leader. He was used to working alone. This was most odd for him.

After a bit of searching the group of you hear some barking and hooting. Heading to investigate, you see a small pack of apelike creatures trying to take down a small teddy bear like creature.
They are about twenty meters away.
Ethan is able to identify them as Mankey and a Teddiursa.

I know you, sport. I was you. Take my advice: don't assume just because you're at the top now you can treat everyone like crap. No one stays up there forever, and it's a long, lonely trip to the bottom. I mean, aside from the parties. Those are totally awesome. So much blow, so many luscious lady lumps in my face....

Gerald moves forward (G9), drops his toolkit, and throws a greatball at M3's head, putting a special curve on it. (1d100-2)[75] (1d20)[6]-curve ball, does 4 damage. Not even sure I roll this part.

Ethan dashes forward, stopping behind the tree Sparky resides in. The Teddiursa looks really beat up. If you want to catch it, we need to pull the Mankey's off of it and stop if from fleeing. Ethan reaches into a hidden holster and pulls out a small hand gun, cocking it. He looks towards Artemis. Can you have Aquilla charge and do a low sweep? It might draw their attention to something they can't hit.

Mankey Crew
The Mankey hoot in rage, rushing the party.
The one defelcts the Pokeball with a swift karate chop, only to fall on Gerald with two others. A few seconds later he is down on the ground, blood oozing from multiple wounds. Another gets a glancing blow in on Aquilla, while another hits Artemis. One more attacks Ethan, a lucky hit opening up a much larger wound than normal. The last two rush the escaping Teddiursa, and, after a few hits, it is unconcious. It had seemed to be trying to rush to Romeo, but with it floating and all it was hard to tell.
The one Elly hit with her sexiness looks at her, but had other targets in mind.

Gah! Ethan doubles over in pain, clutching his stomach. Ollie! Tackle the bastard! Ollie starts kicks off the ground and moves into a spin, heading straight for the Mankey who attacked Ethan.
