The telepathy is between the Dwarven cleric and the Succubus, because she got the impression that he was on to her. If anyone else is giving her unduly suspicious looks / confronts her, she will deal with it as it comes.

You would notice that the halfling, whose eyes are faintly glowing blue, is peering at you.
In a metagame sense, I :know: Hope is a sucubuss, but Verden doesen't, and I want to see if he can work it out on his own.

I looked up what exactly that means, and my understanding is:
Casting takes a standard action
No components
No spell failure chance
Provokes OAs
But is everyone and their dad going to know that I'm casting suggestion when I do? Because that would be... Less than ideal
How about charm? Do people realize "I'm doing something" and make arcana checks or what?

I don't think that they will. I played a pixie once and she has quite a few spell like abilities and I think that they don't require verbal compontets. I might be wrong though.

The kiss also has the effect of a suggestion spell, asking the victim to accept another kiss from the succubus. The victim must succeed on a DC 21 Will save to negate the effect of the suggestion. The DC is 21 for the Fortitude save to remove a negative level. These save DCs are Charisma-based.

Quite right. Also note that since the save DCs are Charisma based, add 4 to each save that it says in the entry (since your Charisma is 8 higher than the standard monster). So you Detect Good and Detect Thoughts with DC 24, Suggestion with DC 25, and Charm Monster with DC 26.
Also, sorry that Verden figured out your game, he's just too smart and too well studied
Judging by that, Hope's descion not to go to the institute was probably wise, if I can figure it out that quickly...
Verden isn't going to go all out smiting on hope, not because he thinks she can be trusted, but because the cleric obviously knows hope is a succubus, or at the very least some grade of demon, and is content to stand back, so Verden will also, but he isn't going to just ignore her either.
So, is it a special ability that Verden has that he can look at someone and see their spellcasting abilities, or is that something that any(mage) can do?
How careful do I need to be? Obviously these are two 12th level characters who discovered my identity with cursory checks, but we're going into a continent with a Mage's guild and a Cleric's guild -- can I expect any level ≃ 5 member to discover that I am a Succubus?
Is there anything that I can do to prevent such invasions of privacy in the future?

I used arcane sight, a 3rd level spell to identify the transmutation aura around you, and did some (fairly cool) knowlege checks, along with the reference to evil by the cleric, to work the rest out.
I could buff you with un-detctable alignment for a while, that will stop the casual detect evil from regestering on you, but other than that, there is little that Verden can do to help.
Verden has a self-buff of undetectable alignment, but that can easily be transfered. and of course, Hope completely missed what went on with verden's face... This is going to be interesting.
Does anyone know what the fluff is around mystic theurges? I have no idea.

I can also, as a standard action, examine someone's magic abilities, telling me of they can cast spells/have spell like abilities, and the spell level of the highest one they can cast. The latter is what Verden was doing at Jeanne, focusing on her rather than her gear.
Hey what do you think of Rahne getting a pet? A cute fluffy animal would make the loneliness of moving to a new place more bearable. Something that compliments her personality(personalities) like say, a Grimalkin. Since they are wonderful pets and al.

Verden isn't just a 12th level character, he's a genius, and an extremely learned scholar (very high Int and high knowledge scores), so you can probably expect him to pull out the Sherlock Holmes every once in a while. (What's more, Verden knowing is probably in your best interest anyway, as he has spells that can protect you).
On the other hand, it's in the nature of a character like yours, who is hiding a tremendous secret, that you'll have to be cautious, and possibly even a bit paranoid (just like a character playing a spy or informant would have to be). There's no protecting against a True Seeing spell.
Well, that was cool.
And hope has still not noticed that Verden is onto her...
He may be a genius, but Verden has self confidence issues, and isin't going to confront hope directly, particularly after seeing that she has 7th level spells avalable.
Luckily for Hope, she has self confidence in spades.
On a completely unrelated note, someone mentioned earlier that if i cast a spell on a person and they save, they are aware that the spell was cast. Is that right?
Detect thoughts has a will save, will it also cause awareness on a successful save?

Apologies for asking so many questions, but I Found this feat that I'd like:

Charming the Arrow that is a fey feat (as in you have to be a fey to take it)
It lets you use your Cha instead of Dex to attack rolls with bows.
It seems appropriate that a Succubus would qualify for the feat, but since that would be against the rules I wanted to ask.
It would change my "I attack with my bow" action from (Rapid Shot) 2 +10 to hit arrows to (Charming the arrow) one +23 to hit arrow since I would remove the one feat for the other.
