1 lvl: You loose trapfinding. get additional 8 skill points (because you have (10+int)x 4 instead of (8+int)x4
and social intuition, don't know how useful is that...although ability to take 10 on bluff/diplomacy/intimidate could be useful
This one could be useful with Imperious Command, but I don't know if fear effects are useful on this level.
3 lvl. You loose trap sense, and don't gain it later.
instead you gain bonus to knowledge skills, and bonus 2 skill points
I don't know if any of these abilities is actually useful
8 lvl. loose improved uncanny dodge, which is quite useful
and gain 50% immunity to critical hits etc. which is very useful, (and again 2 skill points)
EDIT: guess I've written it too late

You could switch cha & dex and bump dex every step. That'd qualify you for TWF & ITWF. Throw in Weapon Finesse to use Dex for attacks to make the most out of it. The cha loss can be offset with a Circlet of Persuasion (+3 to all Cha skills & checks)

This is an excellent suggestion. I'm really happy you guys have been so helpful in providing suggestions for missmvicious, especially since I've been really occupied.
I'm sorry I can't post tonight, but I promise a post for tomorrow morning!
So after reading the section in the MIC about adding qualities to weapons I decided to give myself a +2 to Str. Not so I could hit better or do more damage, only so I could carry more things. Ironically most of the things I do have count as weightless. ^_^ Not that I mind the other two things though.
TADA! Finally finished her! Now tell me if she is right, please.
So I took some of the advice given to me and my hubby also reminded me of what I was initially going to do and I brought the two together in a way that makes me happy (so I really hope its right this time). Anyways thanks for all the help you guys, it was quite hard to decide what to do with all those options being thrown at me but in a good way.
Anyways it just turned 6 am here so my hubby is gonna be most upset when he realizes how late I was up doing this so its bed time now. Night.
Before we get into any fighting, I wanted to know. Can you use spells as AoO's? I can't find anything on the internet, and a friend has stolen my sourcebooks for a media studies project on internet culture.

What is AoO's?
Edit: After more attempts at google searching it I have answered my own question.

You cannot cast a spell as an AoO. The only exception is if you're holding the charge for a touch attack, such as chill touch.
ETA: To clarify in the case of chill touch, you still wouldn't be casting the spell, you'd just have the advantage of a spell you cast on a previous turn.
Forum isn't showing my post (it's that recurring bug where the first post of a new page doesn't show up). If you click "Reply" you can see the post (it concerns Jeanne, Morgunn, Verden and Mirus), and it'll work itself out soon.
Well, this is where it gets a little fiddly. I'm not sure how verden will react. He's an archivist of Boccob, but I'm unsure what that means in game fluff terms. I'll take a few minutes to think of something...
Also, I just found this variant on the Archivist, called a cloistered archivist, which I think suits my backstory better. http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Cloiste..._Class_Feature)
Basically, I loose armour proficencies alltogetherand Instead gain Lore(ex). Functions the same as bardic knowlege, but uses the archivist level for the check instead of bard levels.

A scholar and servant of Boccob?
Would be enough, I think.

I don't see any text on the page. What sourcebook is the alternate class feature from?
It doesn't affect the homebrew issue, but there should be a ) at the end of the URL that didn't go into the link for some reason. I've had that problem before.
Well, I asked around for advice on my Succubus, and would like to drop the archer aspect of the character to take better advantage of my SLAs and generally make her slightly more useful.
Spoiler
If I could, I'd like to:
Get rid of the Bracers of Archery and Bow of Shock
Get some Wands, like Wand of Lightning Bolt, Wand of Cure Moderate Wounds, Wand of Daze Monster, and stuff like that.
Get rid of Point Blank Shot and Rapid Shot
Get Ability Focus (Suggestion) for a +2 to my DC
Get Ability Focus (Charm Monster) for a +2 to that DC too
What do you think?

Doesn't your suggestion only fire when you have a "Kiss or other act of passion" with someone? That would conflict with your Good alignment, wouldn't it?
No, that is one way of using it (specific to succubus) but it can also be used as normal SLA.
EDIT: And to answer question, yes it could be very powerful, given the high DC... but from some point many creatures are immune to mind effects... so it would still work from time to time (especially in the city), but it would be good to have some backup plan...

Yes, that's why I plan on getting a couple of wands.
I don't think there's any way to make this character good at combat, but this way I'll be better at charming people, and essentially the same in combat.
At least that is the theory . . .

Well, with your insane cha, you are probably more of the group diplomat, especially since you are going into a bard class, so not being spectacular in combat isn't a huge issue.
If you're dropping archery, a wand bracer from Dungeonscape & a couple of wands is probably your best bet till you get a class level or 2. Can get expensive though.
Wouldn't most uses of suggestion be kinda shady and possibly bad for your alignment? I mean if you are turning over a new leaf then using the same old tricks is a terrible way of going about it.
I think it would be okay to Suggest that a bandit go home and think about his life choices rather than fight us. Stuff like that. I don't think it would be evil to Suggest a guard go take a break or something if the alternative is violently neutralizing him.
I am no expert at D&D alignment nor Admiral's interpretations thereof, and most things are case by case, but it's stuff like that I intend to do, not "Give me all your money" "Walk down this hallway and trigger all the traps" etc

Suggestions, charms and domination aren't evil, at least until used to kill/steal etc...
In BOED these spells are even considered better than damaging spells, cause you can use them to catch someone without killing/ calm people using charm/ use suggestion like 'you should go to prison and be a good person from now on'
