Deadtime now. Goodnight, sleep tight and don't let the Isonade bite.
@Murkus: Percy's room is on the second floor but it's near the door- he might be able to hear it, but even so it'll take a while to get there.

I have a point!
Always willing to run a dungeon for those who need somewhere to explore. Just PM me, and decide the character and location and I'll see what I can rummage up.
I'm not really sure what to post there... I mean, all that happens now, since we retconned all of the stuff with Aseti and Karyana, is that Megan would get brought to the Forest to see Aseti, with no need for her to talk to Karyana before seeing Aseti, and that can probably be handwaved as having happened.

Out of those I remember, and have had enough screen time to get distinct personalities, I play fifty-two characters (not including those on other forums or not in the FFRP section). I'm not entirely sure how many plots I'm.
Why in particular were you wondering?

I rp eleven-ish characters at this moment in time and am involved in more plots than I can shake a stick at, 'bout seven, I think.
Additionally, hi!
And lastly, working on multiple homework assignments right now. I will have my share of Inside, CURATOR, and Home thread posts up soon, but my brain might conk out before I get around to one or two of them. Hopefully that won't happen.

Ah. Okay.
Oh, don't forget about A'hassa and Adam and Seskila in the Vaess Hive!
We don't think we need to wait on Beans because...well...Adam is offering a hand to be shaken by A'hassa?
I dunno...

I was waiting on Beans so I'd have more to say, but I suppose I can go post...

Hehehe. I don't usually have specific plots going, but as for characters... I have twelve active PCs that I post for fairly frequently, and more far less active semi-PCs. There's a couple of which I like to plotcone, so multiple instances of them.
I play a handful with reliable frequency, but I have a tendency to try to start things and characters, then give up.

Perhaps since Quinsar has a tendency to vanish, we could try to recruit some new people for it?

Regarding Aseti and Karyana's relationship, why retcon the development of a whole relationship? I mean, if time and alt-verse shenanigans and gimmicks have already been slapped onto the picture, why not just have multiple Asetis running around dating different people?
I've looked around the FFRP forums so I just wanted to ask how many characters and plots do you guys play at a time?
Lemme see, Justin, Romeo and Elio, Youngstar, Thel and Maggie, and The-As-Of-Yet-Unnamed-Dragonite in GLoG, are all active. (Taoyu is a pretty awesome name for a Dragonite though, gonna hold onto that.)
Sevet is inactive but not in a deadtime so I can yank him around whenever I feel like it.
Doctor Titanium Hollywood Harrierjet, Kuko de Minish, and Alfred/Agneau are in deadtimed plots.
*Pokes Magscouts, Adventure!, and Citrine plots*
Friendly the dog might make a comeback since DEB doesn't seem like he's coming back. Emmi could also make a comeback but I want to come up with something interesting for her and Gulaghar's Angie to do that isn't just a rehash of the first time, either that or I could actually go through with the idea of the Graffiti Guild, so she could at least do something.
The halfling construction worker/mercenaries failed. They're failed, but I have nowhere to go with them.

It seems in the past six weeks, I've played 25-30 different characters, but in any given day, I usually only post for two or three of them. Maybe a few more if it's one of my family groups (or the Moffs).
My characters get rotated in and out of the spotlight on a regular basis. If they're offscreen, then they're assumed to be going about their ordinary lives.
Not quite sure, but if this is directed at me, I'm not talking about the Louvre mine plot. I'm talking about two unrelated halflings I introduced a while back in Dancing Fox Inn.
Also that was a mistake in my last post, I meant to say, They're funny, but I have nowhere to go with them.

Nop didn't miss it. I just pressed 'post' before adding it.
For the villains: We are just deciding where to head as a base. In Sum we have The rex hat, an abounded house and the house of strange people.
I play 6-7 chars and due to Deadtime and Timezones some of them have a few plots think only 2 are in 4-5 plots the rest is on standby since I'm a bit to shy to came out with any ideas.
@KK: Really depends on the others. I likely don't just throw people out since they could have a good reason to disappear. After all I'd like to have more villains then heroes, Why? Because they are EVIL.

Most of you probably don't know me, but I was a hardcore Townie for quite some time a few years back. I came in after the first Enupnion schism and was here for quite some time, involved in a bunch of different threads, plots and characters. Ran the Town Police for a while (pretty badly, most likely), saw the birth and evolution of HALO, and so forth.
I was pretty immature back in those days, being a kid and all, and while I had fun I'm sure my RPing was quite often not ideal. I've come a long way since then, though, and I think I can RP in much better fashion now.
Anyways, I've decided to get back into FFRPing in The Town (The Nexus now, is it?) as I'm rather nostalgic for all the fun times here and I'd like another place to polish my RPing skills.
I have a couple character ideas that I'm going to toss out there as soon as I've got time if anyone thinks that they might work well with existing plots. Base inclinations at the moment are a power-armored Fallout wastelander, and some kind of necromancer. Legend of Korra is also calling to me as inspiration, though I'm not sure how well that will fit. Might resurrect my old Magic Elemental character as well.
How does the current Nexus sci-fi/fantasy balance skew? I don't want to make anything that'll feel too weird, although if things are still mostly the same as they were back in the day, I imagine there's a whole gamut of wild, wacky, and fun characters walking around.
Can't wait to get back into the swing of things-looking forward to seeing you all at Trog's!

On a scale of sci-fi to fantasy? Nexus skews towards acoustic dubstep.
In a more serious tone, the center and government of Inside tends towards sci-fi, with power armored troops and tanks and stuff (though they have battle mages too), but everywhere else just runs all over the place, meaning just about anything will fit in fine, even a bender. It's kind our thing.
((Though if you're really unsure about that bender thing there's a Avatar FFRP in the works somewhere lower down the thread. We haven't started play yet, but when we do, I imagine we'll last at least a week and a half, maybe slightly longer. ))

We have a cyborg bender (as in, a bender that has technological alterations, not someone capable of bending cyborgs... ) around here somewhere at the moment, one of Beans' people, and she fits in just fine. So that shouldn't be a problem.
As far as overall balance between sci-fi/fantasy goes, it's roughly even at the moment, if anything like overall balance can be said to exist at all here.

Well I wasn't suggesting throwing people out. I was just wondering, if you're short, adding another villain, since as you say, it's better to have more villains than heroes anyway. Though it might be adding another two villains, since I'm currently vacillating between introducing Doctor Deforestation, or saving her for later and introducing the pair I originally planned as being her henchmen (who could end up being her henchmen later anyway): swordsman and arsonist duo Slash and Burn.
In other news:
*randomly sketches some character on back of rough paper in exam room while waiting for exam to end*
*realizes that it's his BEST. DRAWING. EVAR!!!!!11!*
*can't take exam materials out of exam hall*

Beans, do you remember We Woke Up Dead? While the thread itself, and that particular group in general, is obviously no longer around, it was an interesting concept, and I was wondering if you'd be up for remaking it...

(Towards the bottom of the first page, at the moment. Though it'll probably end up on the second page soon.
Also, why is it that I always seem to get interested in things that I can't join? )
