By the way, has anyone actually tried to figure out who exploded Zee's brains during that apocalyptic event a few months back? Did she get her memory back or somesuch?
Some people did in fact try to figure out who did it, but evidance was kind of threadbare.
Zee didn't lose any memory. She just wasn't focusing on event happening inside her head at the time =P

Silliness aside, I'm opposed to the name 'Nexu' for the critters simply because pluralizing it would be needlessly confusing. I gather that was the point, but I get the feeling the amusement will wear off the first few times and then it will become merely annoying.

For one thing, if I ever place a character in an arena I might want to use a nexu, you know? That things was pretty cool. I propose "ollie" be used instead, unless you all find a better name.

Of the suggestions so far I personally like Meeps (because meeps!), Nexu because it coincides well with the suggested lore and it sounds silly, and Otalots if only because it sounds vaguely like it could be a name for an actual animal.
I'm not terribly fond of ollie. Probably because it's a name for a skateboarding trick. Sick radical moves aren't cute animals!

It's hard to tell what Zee's focusing on, considering she has little finger-puppets everywhere. I think Bellan will try to find out what happened. Talk to a divination specialist or something, if it comes to that.
