Just some things you forgot IC, I have Thermal Vision for my suit, would you mind adjusting (Even to say that when I turn it on it's all allmost a single blob of the same colour, with almost no details observable.) your post to show that, Also, has Gnomere succeded yet or will that take longer?
In the case of Thermal Vision being useless, Do I automatically have a torch, and if not, how much light will my portable cover shed (Holding it like a jackles shield)
A Portable Cover cannot be moved while activated (which is part of why it works against heavy attacks). But the light it gives off would be nominal at best.

Bit of a delayed roll, but I forgot that I was supposed to be sending the coordinates to Valkyrie. I know that I have to do a climb check, but will I also have to do a check to see if the broadcast works? (1d20+12)[32]

No... just the Climb. Right now the broadcast isn't based on anyone's ability or performance, it's all random chance and/or narrative-driven! And just because you guys do not get a response, definitely doesn't mean that she may not have gotten the messages.

To avoid harming the sanity of the DM I can no longer:
* Cast flesh to stone on a annoying Druid
** Cast Rock to mud on a Druid statue
*** Scoop mud into little ceramic pots
**** Plant tree's in individual ceramic pots
***** Claim that I have helped them become one with nature

Erik: Your rolls in the IC thread didn't code properly! I still need an initiative roll for Argyle. But, to answer your question... they would be somewhat steep. I hate giving straight numbers, but probably a -4 (Attacks) and -8 (Driving) if you were focused on attacking that round... or vice versa - a -8 (Attacks) and a -4 (Driving) if you were focused on driving that round.
Doc: Thank you, sir!
Also... I will be out of town over the weekend! I know that it isn't unusual for the threads to go quiet on a weekend, but this one will be especially silent (no cell service).

Tactics Roll
Gnomere: (1d20+18)[23] (Covenent is Knowledge Complementry, so by your ruling, +1/2 of 8)
Argyle: ((1d20+8)[22]-10)/2
Total: 29
Driving Roll
Argyle: (1d20+6)[9]
Gnomere: ((1d20+8)[12]-10)/2
Iaoch((1d20+6)[26]-10)/2 [Wow, Aditional +20 here, what a turn around for this]
Total: 27

The critical rolls on Skill Checks is an additional +10, actually... but yes, quite the little helper you have there!
LOL
Alright, Argyle... you are up! I am assuming to take the Flare action for Gnomere. Ioach is helping to drive.. so what is Argyle's action?
John is on deck! If all he is doing is driving... then I just need a Pilot check from him. I will give Doc 24 hours to post. If he doesn't make it, I will assume that he is busy (as he had discussed) and will just GM-Bot his turn!

No, it's fine for Gnomere to do both! It was just going to happen on your turn. And if Argyle is simply going to be driving with the intention on remaining vigilant, then that will work as well.

Forgot some rolls and needed other based on previous results:
Wraith: (10d8)[62] (Damage, if hit... splash for half)
John: (1d20+1)[21] (Defense roll - versus Wraith; -1 from Piloting flub, +2 from Argyle's Tactics Check)
Ghost1: (1d20+6)[12] (Attack roll 2 - versus Sammael) (1d20+4)[9] (Attack roll 3 - versus Sammael) (1d20+2)[10] (Attack roll 4 - versus Sammael) (1d20+0)[3] (Attack roll 5 - versus Sammael)
Sammael: (1d20+8)[12] (Defense roll 2 - versus Ghost1; +4 from Argyle's Pilot) (1d20+8)[25] (Defense roll 3 - versus Ghost1; +4 from Argyle's Pilot) (1d20+8)[24] (Defense roll 4 - versus Ghost1; +4 from Argyle's Pilot) (1d20+8)[25] (Defense roll 5 - versus Ghost1; +4 from Argyle's Pilot)

Doc: Yes, I pre-ordered it (the collector's edition). I haven't picked it up yet, as I am at work, but I am going over to a buddy's house tonight to play it together (there will be three of us blasting our way through the campaign... we've being playing Halo together since the first one)! I am super stoked.
I also need a Defense roll from Volsung! And then it is his turn!

Halo4 - gorgeous so far, by the way! I've only played through a portion ofthe campaign though. Highly, highly recommended.
Doc: Yeah... he had to boost in order to get close enough to your Hog, so he just got the one (which he missed)!
And I will assume that you are returning fire upon the same Ghost, most likely targeting the driver instead of the vehicle itself (and now I see that your IC post confirms).
Ghost2: (1d20+2)[22] (Defense Roll 1 - versus Volsung) (1d20+2)[4] (Defense Roll 2 - versus Volsung) (1d20+2)[11] (Defense Roll 3 - versus Volsung)
When you are attacking with multiple shots in one round, make sure that you are dropping your attack modifier by -2 for each successive shot! However, even with that calculated in... your second and third shots connected.
It is also now John's turn!
Erik: As for combat, I need some more rolls from you! If you are firing your DMR one-handed, it is at a further -2 (and you may also take two additional shots, if you so wish). If it is your Spiker (you may take four additional shots... as it is an automatic). Also, damage rolls (DMR=3d6 per; Spiker=2d4 per)!
And yeah... bad luck on that Driving check, brother! I need you to make a Reflex save for me, please!
Sammael: (1d20+10)[30] (Reflex Save; -2 from how restrictive the gun position is)

Some more rolls, now that random target has been established.
Gauss Hog: (1d20+4)[23] (Defense Roll 1 - versus Wraith Gunner) (1d20+4)[6] (Defense Roll 2 - versus Wraith Gunner) (1d20+4)[24] (Defense Roll 3 - versus Wraith Gunner) (1d20+4)[15] (Defense Roll 4 - versus Wraith Gunner) (1d20+4)[22] (Defense Roll 5 - versus Wraith Gunner)

Erik: You certainly don't have to fire all five... it just happens pretty easily since it is an automatic. But you can fire as little as you'd like (what with your extreme calculation skills being about to judge the split second timing of the rate of fire and all)! I just went ahead and rolled against five in case you wanted to take all of them. And no worries about the damage, just didn't want to shortchange you guys! Thanks for the rolls.
I went back and edited in the results from them in my previous post in the IC.
Doc: Yes, Pilot checks from the drivers each round will determine the AC bonus for the vehicle (and the passengers at times)! And yes, you were correct - Argyle's Tactics gives a +4 to all skill checks for the duration of the encounter. Your result will grant a +11 for the rest of this round! Anyone onboard the Gauss Hog (if targeted individually), will get a +5 bonus to AC to add to half of their normal score... since they cannot actively dodge while in the vehicle.
I also will need 5 Defense Rolls from Volsung please (he gets half his normal AC Bonus, as discussed above... but gets a +5 bonus from John's driving)!
