It was indeed referring to a posthumous character. I'm not giving away who it was, since I'll save it for when they're actually brought in, but I'll give you a hint: Each character listed was from a different nation that time.

Aang unleashed his Airbending Slice! Korra, Zuko and the Cabbage Merchant realized their relative inexperience as his waves of wind swept them off their feet.

Korra and Zuko managed to get back up, but the cabbage man, with a constant onslaught from players to deal with as well, succumbed. As he breathed his last breaths, he whispered two words.

It seems we have a couple powers here that directly contradict each other. Bumi's mad genius will make things change more, yet it can be negated by using neutral jing. How are we supposed to decide which takes effect if both pass?
The answer? Time for a new ruling. They'll both be voted on as usual. However, if both pass, the one that passes by more votes will take effect today, and the one that passes by fewer votes will take effect tomorrow.
Anyway! The cabbage merchant's information on King Bumi revealed more of his mad genius. However, he also knew the ways of neutral jing, waiting until the moment is just right to make a move. Which will be put to use, and when?
And it seems he also had these crystal rings. I wonder what they do? *puts one on* Hmm, pretty... HOLY CARPENTRY! THIS THING'S GROWING ON ME, LITERALLY! HELP! HEEEEELP!
*smashes the crystal with a hammer*
