Toph's Inability To See Anything Less Awesome Than She Is

If the Yes to Dark Toph votes exceed the No to Dark Toph votes, all characters who received no votes this round, because they weren't seen by players, are deemed insufficiently awesome and lose half their HP as a penalty.
"Wait, it doesn't quite work like that."

...Good point, Toph. So can you compensate for the times characters aren't seen by players?
"Of course! Who do you think I am?"
All right, then. Instead of Toph's regular Dark power, we're getting a rare case of a Reverse Dark Power! Toph shall now demonstrate the value of not being seen (No, not in the Monty Python way, although she might do that kind of thing at some point too). My, Aunt Wu gets me confused.
And it seems the dead are unionising. It must be Thursday again. Oh well, better get a regular Dark power ready as well as the Reverse one. Your pick.

Oh dear. Azula's snapped, and now she's unleashing her wrath and banishing people. Not to the moon, either, although I'm sure Yue would appreciate the company. Banished characters are removed from all listings, and may only return as options on Newcomer Days. If chosen on a Newcomer Day, a returning banished character does not have any Avatar States or Raisings from before their banishment counted, and is reset to 10 HP.
