Let me know what needs tweaking. I've used it in the other kingmakers games I've been in (3, none lasting much past where we are now
), had to strip some stuff off.
Seriously, Kingmaker and Red Hand of Doom just seem to whither whenever I touch them.

RUN!
EVERYONE RUN!
This game seems to be steaming along well. In fact, this is only the second PbP in which I've ever leveled up, so that's a good sign.

Let me guess you're getting the monk to do the garden... it would probably end up as a zen garden/western garden fusion

Very nice. Let's get your slaves volunteers started!
The real issue will be getting the fangberry plantation up and running to corner the healing potion market in the region.

Bah, at level 8 Julian can make simulacrums of himself to run things (with the right discovery). Who needs servants?
Though servants are cheaper to recruit. Alchemical simulacrums are 100 GP/HD, which would be 400 each at level eight. Make quite the system though, churning out alchemical items, tending crops, etc.

Yes, because creating artificial clones of yourself sufficient to run an entire economy could never, ever go horribly wrong. Ever.

Ah, nothing huge. The only thing that needs to be adjusted is that the kamelands hex map should be hills, not swamp.

I think that's grassland, not swamp. I believe there is a hills hex though, so I'll swap it next time I update. Which will be after we get attacked by wolves/werewolves/worgs/whatever is coming to eat us.

I feel pretty stupid right now, i've completely forgot to put rations on my sheet. What makes it even worse is that this is a campaign that focusses on exploration .
I did get a map making kit, but the more important rations slipped my mind.
I'll get Roqoan to buy some next time we're at Oleg's.

Survival checks for hunting will help out... Allistar and Brin could hunt for every one!

You can have one of Maple's if you ask. Halfling always come prepared with extra rations... Maple is not a glutton. She is just... Prepared.
Edit: Oh who am I kindling, you don't have to ask.

And apparently protecting the party from wolves is enough for me to JUST succeed on all those rolls. And get a good perception check.
Of course, Alistar also has another four days worth of food on him, so if anyone needs so, he's got it covered.
