Sounds like an interesting place to own, a base of our own away from Oleg's. We could man it with the former bandits if we could trust them. Zone of truth or something like that could probably work.
I'm probably dreaming here, i don't even know if we can 'own' places in the Kingmaker adventure path.
You're in unclaimed land. You want to own something, then grab it. No real law out here, and you might have problems keeping it safe, but do as you will.

Eh, if it burns we can always re-build it. Stone doesn't burn, the rest is replaceable. Be awhile before we are ready for a base separate from Oleg's anyhow.
Indeed and manning it with former bandits right now would be silly, we would have to almost completly eliminate the problem beforehand and not use too many to man them at once. They might start thinking that they own the place, besides I thought this little tower would be beneath your character's ambitions, should he be ordering the marble for his palace?

It isn't beneath his ambititions, he needs to start somewhere.
A defendable tower with some buildings that we can restore seems like a perfect thing for Roqoan.
He's going to try and claim it, you can be sure of that.

I expect a flag! Though I doubt he will try to claim it for himself without having the party giving him unfriendly glances lol

Actually, the reminds me LD. Alistar has Improved Initiative. That is getting factored in somewhere, right?
Yeah, it is. In areas where initiative IS going to be a big deal, then I roll it secretly. Like Maple's one-on-one fight, f'r instance.
So if you end up toe to toe with Falgram, then unless it's a total curbstomp your initiative WILL factor in.
@Morbis: Figure that Brin dropped into the grass about 200 feet back from the ruins. On the plus side, most of 'em don't see where you went, just that you were GONE.
Sorry, they chose this point for a reason. Hard to sneak up on'em, under most circumstances...

Ahh... can I delete and edit my post, I had no knowledge about how far away Brin was... there's no way she would shoot from that distance that is way out of range.

I'll let you switch to a double-move, sure. Next time we're in a situation where range is an issue, please ask about your range before choosing an action.

Too late for that lol but aside from that I forgot about perfect shot.... oh well not a big deal then, I forgot how range increments worked because I usually never play ranged characters....

You got distracted by something you thought you saw moving near the horses, half-a-mile-back. Then you turned around and saw the others charging, and the BOOM, and all of that...
That work for you?

Hey, Sam? Range on Bull's strength is 25 ft + 5ft/2 levels. So no, you're too far back from Julian. Unless you've got something else to do, I'll switch your action to a double move instead.

Truth be told, I would rather have shield at this point, but I figured engaging the archers to ease-up on the ranged attacks against the others was more important.
Should Maple smite evil? Give her a bit extra AC against that musket. I don't think the guy's moral rectitude is in question.

I'll go ahead and fix that.
I forgot it was only 40' in range at this level...
Am I two turns out, or three?

Hey, stack? The initial damage from the alchemist's fire was 2 points. Don't forget to take that into account... So you've taken 8 points total, I believe.

I'm not sure Stack, but I think that Alistar would have to run about 20 feet past a dude to get into any kind of flanking position. I could easily be wrong though, I keep misremembering everyone's positioning.

You'd have to move about 15 feet, but it would be past your attacker.
On the other hand, all of the others are close enough to move into position to take some of Julian's attackers off of him.
@Samburke: Hey, you are! The guy on you can't attack Julian at the minute. Which is good, considering that Julian's currently in a lot of hurt...
