He could become a favorite character. Right now my top is a lore oracle that I am playing as a geek, obsessed with stories and legends as well as magic. He and the magus drug the party on a mission on the off chance of finding a dimensional portal.
So, let's try to sum up the general consensus on a plan:
Sventlana and Oleg hide.
We let the bandits all enter Oleg's.
Alistair closes the gate while enlarged by Julian. Roqoan is in the tower and puts down grease in front of the gate.
Esha creates mist to confuse them and we all attack.
I believe that Aesha is also offering an entangle or some obscuring mist, once they get inside. Which would fall into the category of spells to cause them problems once the door is shut...

Entangle would be better, keep our ranged options open. Shoot the ones with bows, anyone at the edge of the effect gets meleed. Julian could use a flanker as well, to get the sneak attack of, though he can do good damage anyhow.
Extracts will be shield and enlarge person x2, one for the werewolf. Julian will use shield (1 minute), enlarge person (1 minute), and his mutagen (10 minutes) once the enemy are in sight (in order of decreasing duration).
My primary set up is for twf but I can take a pot shot or two up from a tower before I join the frontline if need be. I would prefer no obscuring mist so I could shoot from afar.

Damn you Lost Demiurge, you made me want to have some berry scones, but my wife doesn't want to make me any.
I can't really blame her though since she's pregnant and refuses to stand around all day baking for me

::Grins:: Happy to help. For a certain definition of "helping". :D
Alright folks, now is the time to declare where your PC is going to be. Also the time to roll stealth checks, if you're hiding.
Any questions? Once everyone declares, we'll get on with the show...

Hmm, think I'll take behind the storehouse (I think it is, not labeled on the map I found.)
The storehouse is in the central part of the north. It holds the trade goods, and the blockhouse is to the east of it. The middens are to the west of it.
If anyone has an image of the map, they're welcome to share it. I don't mind.

Do you have the discovery for that (I forget what it's called... infusion, maybe)? Because extracts are personal-only until you have that discovery.

Alright, while we're waiting for people to declare, now's a good time to talk about combat, and how I handle it in my games.
First off, for 90% of most combats, don't worry about initiative order. When a turn is announced, post your action as soon as you can. In things like boss fights, go ahead and roll initiative, but for nine out of ten combats that we'll run here, I just want to keep the action going. Otherwise the game chokes while we wait on 1-2 people, or someone gets delayed due to a tragic fudgemaking accident, or whatnot.
Now, if you want to wait for someone to do something before you act, that's fine. Just put it in your post. And if we get in a case where initiative matters, I'll roll it for everyone and put up a table in the opening combat post.
It's not that difficult. You'll get to see how it goes pretty easily, and I'm far from the only GM on these boards taking this approach.
Next up, is something that I forgot to mention... I want everyone to choose a puppet pal.
No, not like sesame street. (Though muppets are awesome.) No, I mean that I want you to pick another PC who can declare combat actions for your character if you're gone for too long. So if we put up the start of a combat round in the morning, and evening rolls around without you posting, your puppet pal gets to take over your character and post your combat action while you're away.
Ideally, I want a minimum pace of one combat round per day when fighting happens. If you or your puppet pal do not post a combat action within a day of the turn being announced, then you forfeit your action for the turn. So puppet pals give you a chance to not waste an action in the event that you are forced to hide from one of those damn spontaneous zombie outbreaks that prevent people from posting for a day or two.
Right. Any questions so far?

I've got no objections. Just remember that in combat, Alistar:
1. Likes stabbing things. He especially likes stabbing things with his Longsword and Shortsword at the same time!
2. Doesn't like dying. Try to avoid this.
And...yah. I think that's it.

TW Factions
Julian plays pretty straight forward once the fight starts. Flank and melee once his buffs are up. Feral mutagen next level will improve output. (Per above question, he took infusion as his first discovery, as shown on his sheet.)
