Well while all of you mull over the various aspects on how murder is wrong Brin is just going to walk up and bust a cap in Shaman man before any of you notice
Yup... so much stealth...

Bust a cap? When did Brin become gangsta and when did she join a gang in the 'shady' part of Oleg's Trading Post?
Nevertheless, I stand by the decision. We don't just kill this guy, no matter how much of murderous hoboes we are: we have to at *least* have a reason.
See, your problem also comes up: we have no jurisdiction. Those slips of paper end at bandits, and we wouldn't be killing a bandit. So by your own logic, we can't kill him.

But when we entered the Sootscale tribe caverns, we entered their jurisdiction and have to follow their laws.
It's only logical, if i go to China i have to abide to Chinese law.
We'll just see how it unfolds ingame.
ps: if Roqoan ever succeeds at becoming king of the stolen lands, he might need to take Brin as his queen if she keeps up like this

Straight up homeslice, she a cold blooded killa yo! She is forming her own gang she plans to hold try outs when they get back, she just needs a tough name so people will want in. How about the Masked Marauders?

Lol the funny thing is I was debating whether or not to have her develop a crush but her logic is the same as Roquans: They are on tribal grounds therefore abide by tribal law. The apointed leader of said tribe has condemned a betrayer to death for his transgressions and has only asked a favor from us to aid him in carrying out the sentance. On another note, Brin knows that this is for the greater good; they were ordered to pascify the stolen lands and by gaining the aid of the kobolds to help take down a bandit leader they are accomplishing their assigned task. In fact it is hitting two birds with one stone since the kobolds could easily be brought into line by this act. As for the murder part... meh Brin isn't afraid to get her hands dirty so it isn't a big deal.

Of course. However, we also have the moral obligation to NOT obey any law that forces us to murder. Which, by the way, he's not doing. There's no law at work here: that argument doesn't stand, and is thus irrelevant.
Still loving the fact that we argue this, and Brin goes Vulcan and just gets it done...

Oh crap, I was at work all day. What the heck is doing on?
Well, one Dwarf wanted to incite another "Prisoner Dilema" scenario; while the other Dwarf just walked away. Maple the Paladin is too light-headed from the blood loss from earlier to even start an argument and is going with the flow of things.
Will either arrive looking down at a dead Kobold or a dead Dwarf. Hopefullyitmismthe former...
Well I could surely use a hand... lol some wolfman aid would be lovely also cats and dogs are mortal enemies so these two should be all over each other.

The last time I heard this, it was "Sleep is for the Dead." I wanted to write an eight page paper detailing the health benefits and value of sleep. This was after a full week of 7-midnight conferencing. I also wanted to punch the speaker who said this in the face. Needless to say, I was not on my top form.
Also, glad to see Sithis is here.

And did I mention that Dwarven Waraxes have an X3 multiplier?
Not sure if you follow the official rules (I prefer not to confirm, personally), but here's the roll if you need it:
Critical Confirm - (1d20+3)[17]
*prays*
EDIT: YESSSSSSSSS. I know that's a hit from last turn, so... ANOTHER POST, with... 3d10. Hm... yes. Question: Do I need to /get to /have to re-roll the horrible damage roll?
