Oh, forgot to mention. Alistar, Fae'l, and Fermor are standing on Roqoan's grease. Reflex DC 15, I think, if you want to move around or end a turn on it.

So here goes, firing the wand at him. Also when I grabbed the wand (and as long as I'm holding it, it uses 2 charges per cast instead of 1.

You need to consider that this kobold is more than likely a higher level and is only alive due to his defenses that are in place. Without the fog he would have been long dead
