Julian and Felix should be flank buddies for great success!

Alistar wouldn't mind some flanking as well. Especially since he's got the Dirty Fighter trait, and gets an extra point of damage while doing so.

Well I am sure something can be arranged, it's just people with sneak attack should stick together! Later it will be less necessary since I can charge to get it off.

Maple is mostly melee (switch-hitter and all), so she can flank if needed. Also, I guess I'm defaulting to being Malmagor Andrigal 's buddy.

Right.
Everyone but Crowley may take a surprise round action, then we'll go to proper combat turns. (Sorry, the dice roller just crapped out on ya there, Sithis.)
If no one does, then the leader will get to the gate, yank it open, and commence bludgeoning. THEN we'll go to combat turns.
Malmagor, figure that you're going to be behind the barn and the trapline. That'll give you a clear field of vision if and when you step out from your hiding spot.

Question - Was Julian, per what I posted earlier, able to use both extracts and his mutagen before the surprise round? I presume our lookout saw them coming more than 18 seconds before now. The answer determines my actions this round.

Sure, no problem. You've had time and plenty of warning to buff up, thanks to your tower lookout's sharp eyes.

Accursed timing. Because of work, I can either post actions now, or I'll have to wait until....well, round-abouts 7:30 Central time. Which would you prefer, LD?

I'd post them early, honestly. No harm done and I'll sort them into the proper order.

I was going to ask if any enemies were in 30ft of me? I want to jump down then rush an enemy.

Re: Kingmaker: Here Comes the Cavalry! (OOC)
Well, let's see. You didn't specify whether you wanted a gate or backwall tower, so the die says...
Okay, you're in the southeast tower. The nearest enemy is forty feet to your west.
Alternatively, you can jump down to the bunkhouse with a DC15 check. Next round you'd have your pick of foes when you leap down.

Alternate is ready to go, even temporarily. I can also puppet-pal if you prefer.
To facilitate not breaking suspension of disbelief, I can be riding (or walking) along after the villains, if you like.

I would think that every character that doesn't multi-class (And many that do) would gain their +1 BAB by level 2 at the latest.
