So, Scarlet Witch did TRY to disassemble the Avengers again, but half her victims weren’t actually part of the team, and she got herself. Take a note; this is what happens when you mess with chaos magic. That makes 8 characters down and sent straight to Limbo in just one day. Have I mentioned how much I love this game?

Because both of his opponents up and vanished, Spider-Man wins the Smackdown by default. This marks his 8th power up, which is…a lot.

There’s not much left to say except for this helpful S.H.I.E.L.D. PSA:

Please note that for today I’m not adding the characters sent to Limbo to the list of Beatdown Power People. It would get really redundant really quick given that we only have 5 eligible characters right now. However, as consolation (for both that and the fact that 8 people went to Limbo in the first place), two things will happen:

Firstly, everyone gets a free vote. It can be a heal or hurt vote as you like.

Second, the three characters with the most Retcon votes will all be brought back. Or, if there is a tie of 1 vote per character for every voter, all tied characters will be brought back.

What does Jamming mean? And characters lose points after getting powered up? What's the good of that?

Jamming is a effect when a character is powered up and simultaneously KO'd. Effectively neither happen.

The point to Powering up is that a special voting effect is presented, and then health is reset to 15+2/power up. The more you power up, the better your power ups become. The point is to continuously power the character up.
