I suppose I should subscribe, if only to keep an eye on things.
As well, Mikela points at fancy new second head.

Yay for us! I only have one campaign that has four threads related to it. So this is great to be a player in the same .... and from the very beginning at that!

Here is a rough overview of the land division of Daystor.
Daystor is divided into 5 major land masses, two of which are joined to each other.
The two largest, and most developed of these continents are North and South Enicom. Both of these continents are quite long laterally, from one tip to the other, they would be about the same distance as the tip of Europe to the Pacific Ocean. They are not as big vertically; North Enicom would cover from the top of the Scandinavian countries to the Mediterranean. South Enicom is much the same in shape and size, the equator cuts through it. The two continents are separated by the Zentira Sea, a body of water that is about the same depth and width as the Mediterranean.
The next two major land masses are the joined ones, somewhat like the way North America and South America are joined. The larger, northern mass is Novaya, then there is a tapered middle, expanding into the continent of Amazonia. The equator continues through the top part of Amazonia. Novaya is about as wide as it is long, while Amazonia bears a similarity in shape and size to South America. Looking at a map with these continents on the left and the twin continents of Enicom on the right, they are separated by an ocean, the Marilitas Ocean. The ocean separating them on the "other" side is the Klintas Ocean.
The final land mass would be located to the south east of the continents of Enicom, much like the way Australia is separated from Eurasia. This island continent is called Corsada.

Mikela, has your recovery continued to be smooth?

Well, I am new, but this is still one of the longer running PbP games I have been involved with, so I am very happy I have had a chance to join you all.

As a matter of fact, things are going quite well, thank you. Im back to a full schedule at my business and maybe once or twice a week, I feel a touch of pain and weakness. I cant thank Debbie enough for what she has done for me, no one else will ever know what she has gone through. Not only looking after me, looking after our business and even keeping our games going. These days, the only reminder I have of the incident, is when I look in my bank account. I sometimes wonder if keeping it out of the courts was worth it for him.

Glad to hear you're doing well, Mikela. I was optimistic when you first told us that you'd reached your recovery checkpoint ahead of schedule.
I'm sure he didn't need the cash.

I'd posted first looking at the initiative list in the OOC thread which had Dot going at 14 - moving and dismissing was Melinda's action. It actually takes a standard action to dismiss the Sculpt Sound effect.
So the four in the room should now be under her spell interdiction. Which means they'll rip her up, I guess, but oh well...

Mostly checking in, but I too am surprised by how long this campaign has gone. Well done!

This is the longest-running game I'm in at the moment. Congrats, folks.
Now, in dealing with the combat: 41 damage applied (51 less DR 10/cold iron or good). If they overcome the DR, let me know and I'll add 10 more damage.

Takes up our move action, you say? Fine then, Taleira readies an action to cast Cloudkill as soon as Melinda is clear. Let them breath poison or jump into the Blade Barrier.

If Tali tepes to Melinda to get out of the way for a cloudkill, Melinda's response is to tell her to throw it. She's immune.

Melinda has 5 mirror images up. Did they Great Cleave through them or something?

I went back through the thread to the battle with the devils. There was no mention of you casting a mirror image during that battle or since, and since mirror image only has a 1min/level duration, it would be over if cast before that.

Debbie: Oh, okay. Melinda cast them before the group left for the pocket plane. It didn't seem like they'd spent 15 minutes here, but it's been two fights.
T: Probably more useful to transpose with someone who can make more use of that position. We'll see.

Where are the baddies in relation to blade barrier, cloudkill, the entrance, the party?????
How the hell did Melinda get stuck in there alone?!?

Melinda opened the door and entered the room to cast her spell. The warriors attemped to engage you at the door to keep you from coming in, since they had the initiative. Two of them engaged the two of you, while the other two were hanging back, ready to step in when one of their own fell. You stepped back and dropped a Blade Barrier in the doorway. Well, they arent stupid enough to try and go through it, so the two of them are still waiting at the door.
Meanwhile, the other two warriors, seeing as the battle with you has been temporarily suspended, decided to wail on Melinda, subdual damage of course, hoping they can either knock her out (I think you can figure out what her fate would be at that point) or force you people to come through the Blade Barrier to save her.
The Wall of Force is on the other side of the room, blocking access to the only other door out.
There is no Cloudkill in the room.

No need for transposition: Tallesin can cast Regroup [PHBII 122] to allow Melinda (and whoever else we want) to come back to our side of the blade barrier on his turn. That way we're all on the proper side. We still need a way to force the warriors into the blade barrier, however, so cloudkill and other spells like it seem rather necessary.

PSinger, there is a problem with your attacks, seeing as there is a Blade Barrier between you and your target. Are you walking through it to take your attacks?
As well, while I wait on that answer, Taleira is up.

Awesome! I remember having a monk with an insane Reflex save who also had mettle.
Anyway, my monk would blaze into the back or deep ranks of the enemy. I gave our party's sorcerer carte blanche to AoE the place. Beautiful.

Seeing the results of her spell, the nymph quickly tepes out "I bet they'll be far less effective if someone could grab their weapons and get them to this side of the barrier, now that they dropped them."
Before anyone tries this...none of them have dropped their weapons. A stunned character cannot act, loses all DEX bonus to AC, and takes a further -2 to AC, but they dont drop their weapons.

Is this a DM ruling on your part? Because the very first thing listed on SRD about "Stunned" is "A stunned creature drops everything held..."

Is that just for use of the Stunning Fist, then, or are you overriding all instances of "stunned" with that?
