To all games that are waiting on my response, I apologize. Recently I've stepped up my efforts to find a job and have started spending 12-15 hours a day walking around any town or city the bus can reach applying to everything under the sun. It doesn't leave much time for anything else.

Sorry. Saw it and then forgot to go back and answer.
The ship is a three mast ship. Coupled with the lack of evidence of siege equipment, it is definitely built for speed. The ship appears to be in good shape overall but it has seen its share of conflict.
I'm sorry to say, but I will be unable to post between June 2-June 9 beacause I'm camping. I don't know what I'll do about it. Someone else could play Xavius for me.
Sorry guys, I think I'm going to drop out. No insult meant to the DM, he does a great job, I'm just interested in quicker paced games.

Arillius, sorry to see you go. Unfortunately my schedule does not allow for me to post any more often than I do. The only way I could post more often is for me to drop a couple of games which I can not do at this time. No hard feelings. Each PC can normally take two ship actions each day, one during the day and one at night. A PC can also attempt to take up to two additional ship actions during the middle watch in the dead of night (any nighttime ship action marked with an asterisk), but to do so the PC must make a successful Constitution check (DC 10, +4 per extra ship action taken) or be fatigued for the next day.
Daytime Ship Actions Work Diligently: Gain a +4 bonus on any one check for a job’s daily task Influence: Make normal checks for a job’s daily task and attempt to influence a single NPC Sneak: Make normal checks for a job’s daily task and briefly explore one area of the ship (the PC can make a single Perception check or other skill check with no chance of detection) Shop: Take a –2 penalty on all checks for a job’s daily task and visit the quartermaster’s store Shirk: Take a –2 penalty on all checks for a job’s daily task and take time exploring one area of the ship. The PC can take 10 on a single Perception check or other skill check, but must make a check to avoid being discovered.
Nighttime Ship Actions Sleep: Go to bed early and sleep through the night (automatically recover from fatigue) Gamble: Play or gamble on a game of chance or pirate entertainment Entertain: Make one Perform check to entertain the crew Influence*: Attempt to influence a single NPC Sneak*: Take time exploring one area of the ship. The PC can take 20 on a single Perception check or other skill check, but must make a check to avoid being discovered. Steal*: Attempt to open a locked door or locker. The PC must make a check to avoid being discovered.
My question is will we ever get back our starting equipment... at the very least I would like my spellbook and components pouch... my sword would be note since I doubt anyone other than myself can use it

So I guess my night activity will be influence, if I can get the crew on my side that will go a really long way... too bad magus are not built for any of the actions you have listed oh well he will be great when a fight comes along!

I checked and posted in the IC before the OOC, so I didn't know I was only able to do one perform and no influence. If I have my instrument, take the string performance, otherwise, take my act one.
That's fine. The act of performing acts as an Influence on the crew as well. Basically, there are a number of ways to influence the crew, both directly and indirectly. Gambling and Performing are indirect influences while Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate are direct. But they all work to the same goal - ingratiating yourselves with the rest of the crew.
Waiting for a stealth check from slugboy_73. We will proceed on Monday if I have not heard anything from him. I believe he is away this week so we should hear something from him this weekend.
