1. What would the LA be for Vampire Lord? I've been using the +3 CR as LA, but I figured it would be best to confirm this.
2. Can I have Gloura as my original race, but still be a vampire lord? (essentially bypassing the "humanoid or monstrous humanoid only" caveat). It fits my concept (shadows and darkness for the purpose of light), and let's me burn tristalt levels on something other than evolved x times.

I'm kinda considering Paragon as well, but for my cohort as my main is already filled out on all his levels.
I know that were were supposed to limit ourselves to 5 homebrew classes/prcs but what about things like epic feats (lets face it, alot of the printed ones suck), epic destinies, or other material that isn't connected to a class?
Edit: Or epic progressions, almost forgot those.

Mostly, I want to know, So i can see if others most likely have it. When I saw it on Greenpotatoes i hadn't realized it was an option. And his to hit made me choke.
to hit is meaningless to my PC, as his main offensive weapon is a sphere of annihilation, but my AC has me concerned.
Would one SRD count as one source? Specifically the Dream-scarred Press SRD?

Well I'm sure most people do, but it will require some serious resources to maintain said tricks. Plus if I'm forcing people to use them, that makes them unusable against my other brethen.
Plus it's not for your character, only the EEeevil ones.

Eh, I can place some closed demiplane portals around us all, and then have my cohort use them to swallow up any sort of orbital strike. Then it just detonates harmlessly in an empty extradimensional space.

I just never seem to learn that no matter how hard I try, everyone else is better at making epic casters then I'll ever be. XP
Eh, what can you say about having a minimum caster level 20 in both cleric and sorcerer? Probably not that much :P
Are the 'npc templates' in the DMG2 allowed to be used for pcs? There are a few that always have caught my eye...
Edit: Would now be a good time to ask if building a super/ubermount styled cohort using me as her mount be a good idea? I'm already getting 8 extra dragon HD just from dragonrider...

Btw, can I know what everyone's daily spell and power buffs are? I can share copies to everyone in the network but without the tacked on metamagic and metapsionic add-ons.

I don't have a complete list of my spells but I'm sure most of at least my cleric spells will be devoted to buffs thanks to persist metamagic. Sorcerer spells will at least have blasting and utility purposes. Having levels in dweomerkeeper will be interesting for bypassing some immunities and such, along with the phb2 sorcerer metamagic specialist to avoid paying the adjustment so many times a day (largely because I can't think of a familiar for him besides a baby dragon).

The paragon template in the ELH(And SRD) is available for a LA of +15. This is generally what DM's use.

Can I take the paragon template in sections? Essentially, I would get all the bonuses, but multiplied by x/15 (rounded down), where x is the number of LA I have for the paragon template. For things like the triple speed and the bonus feat, you may decide at which level of LA I would get these. If allowed, I will probably start out with ~8 LA for this.

But that just goes against the entire spirit of the template. The paragon creature is supposed to be perfect, you can't just be half perfect.

If this is accepted, I'll have 3/7 RHD for Gloura, and the Vampire (+8), Vampire Lord (+0), Unseelie Fey (+0), Phrenic (+2) and Paragon (+15) templates.
