Mmm. Actually, I can. Human Heritage Feat at first level makes me count as human, while still being an outsider.

I will have immunity to Negative Energy (As a lich)
Where do you get that immunity? The deathless doesn't grant it...any neither does the DN..
If you're going from the DN 20 becoming a lich, stacking deathless lich ontop of normal lich(Or vice versa) probably doesn't work.
anywho, mind providing the sorce of your negative energy immunity?

Saint Template lets you choose an energy immunity. I choose negative energy.
Next: Deathless and lich are not necessarily whats the term... mutually exclusive. I would merely become a positive energy undead.
Next: I have access to Miracle as a cleric. Pelor being NG, I ask him to make me deathless at level 20. I become a Neutral Good Deathless Lich. If you would prefer, I'll go NG Half-Celestial Human Saint Deathless Good Lich Sorcerer/Archmage//Cleric/War Priest.
I honestly, have no idea how they got their attack bonuses so high, nor their ACs, and looking at their character sheets leads me no closer to a solution, I understand the mechanics of it, but not how to mimick it short of direct copying (which I refuse to do).
As such, I strongly resent earlier accusations of godbuilding, which I was specifically avoiding. Saying I could do something is not in fact doing it.

Deathless type..ok
Its not exactly a template, or a normal transformation. But rather a change in type.

Hold, I can just get my immunity to negative energy with a spell!
Death Ward: The subject is immune to all death spells,
magical death effects, energy drain, and any negative energy effects (such as from
inflict spells or chill touch).
Good job, I'm unturnable. Bite me, evil clerics.

That works. I have no problem with using death ward.
Except for the fact that deathless, or liches for that matter, aren't "Living creature"s and therefore not suitable targets.

DMM Persistent Spell is the only DMM I'm taking, since I'm not out to entirely break the game. My charisma will be 82, my wisdom will be 64.
My HP will be Charisma Based, my Fort saves will be Charisma base, look at me and please make a will save or be charmed. I have epic leadership, I lead an epic army of deathless. We help keep the demons and devils and fiends locked away from the prime. When called on to act, I always come to the prime by myself. Don't worry though, I only have 4 12th level spell slots. Persistent Shield Spell, Persistent Regeneration, Persistent Death Ward, Persistent... Greater Vigor. >.> Persistent other stuff. Take me a while to compose my complete list of the total 23 things I can have as persistent buffs. (I'm not going to do this, so relax, it's a joke).
I'm not joking about the stats or the army though. I lead 1 level 27 follower, 3 level 26 followers, 5 level 25 followers, you get the idea. My Cohort is a level 25 Cleric/Artificer. I possess 12 Nightsticks. I have 167 turn attempts. I turn as a level 56 cleric. My turning damage is 2d8+46. Any undead or evil Outsiders turned are instead destroyed. My AC is 183, my AB is 97. I have 4732 HP. I'm immune to negative energy, transmutation, mind effects, fire, cold, lightning, acid and sonic, I have permanent freedom. I have haste, at all times. I can cast Time stop 32 times a day. Through archmage I have Energy Substitution for all elements. I have Energy Admixture all. Any fire or cold spells I cast ignore half of any immunity, and all resistance. I don't cast fireballs, I cast Hellballs in a 9th level spell slot. I time stop leave hells balls in every space around you, and all of your ellies, end the time stop, and watch my maximized 9th level hellballs deal you 3600 damage if the closest ones are only 5' away, which would limit them to a number: 8 each.

The last thing I'll say on the matter. Your teammates are right, you should just talk strategy and such. Or else you will become

Ralasha, we'd(The GMs) like it if you could finalize a build so we know what you're going with. We don't need the whole finished sheet, just a finalized build.

I want to apologize to my players for not posting in the last couple of days, as my internet has decided that it doesn't exactly feel like working for me despite saying I'm online all I get are errors.
Currently, I'm looking over the thread to see what I have missed.
Ralasha: I understand that you aren't out to break the game. But most if not all the other players at least double check with me on certain rulings before assuming that its okay to go with it. Such an example is the Nightstick stacking, which I should of posted but didn't after another player on Team Evil asked about it and I said no to it. I will accept the blame for that one.
Because of this, I would very much like to know what your 'final' build is in that you have at least an idea as to what your going to play. It will help me know what kinds of things I can expect to compare and contrast to others.
To everyone else: I'm sorry that this has gotten a bit out of control, largely because I didn't set clear enough boundaries set in stone. Try your best to come up with some strategies, ways to compliment each other to the best of your abilities, etc. Madara and myself will try to fix any and all problems that have occurred because of my desire to try to please my players, along with other things such as creating the world and such. Thank you to the ones that stayed, and to the ones that left... I wish that you didn't have to go because of my mistakes. Why don't we find a way to keep you in the game?

Oh yeah, I'm still playing my monk. Nothing much has changed anyway.
I lost a bunch of the benefits of my VOP and saint, so I'm a half-celestial celestial paragon, hope that's alright.

Can you give us a level by level write up? Like this
Class 1//Class 1 (Feat) (Human Bonus Feat: X)
Class 2//Class 2
Class 3//Class 3 (Feat)
...ect

(I'll finish this bit by bit... I don't have the patience to do it all at once, sorry.)
One more thing, I want to see where everyone else did this, I'll finish it, probably, either way, but I want to see it. No, nevermind, I'll leave. That's what you want right? Alright, later!

I was going to have a few others do it. Its just I'm more used to casters and needed a better idea of the details of your build, to clear things up. I was hoping with it out in the open, the argument would cease.
I can understand your frustration, and wish you farewell.
ok. So we are probably going to recruit a bit for team good, is that ok with you guys? Team Evil is still getting ready to go, but we should be able to start this weekend.

well I had PM'd my sheet to everyone on team good and the Igneel. Did he send it to you Madara?
(It has had a level breakdown in the notes section from day one including sources for all classes and feats)
As for tactics. I think team good should be on the offence, with the popularity of VOP we aren't going to have much of a home base to speak of so I think we should go wreck team evils.
In combat think of Gerta as a melee tank.
Her animal companion, Hugs the Elk, should be thought of as the same, although Hugs will die pretty quick to a lvl 30 character.
I'm sorry to see you go Ralasha, and sorry for not being able to stand up to what you were wanting. Guess all I can do is wish you luck in finding a better game.
May you roll many a natural 20,
-Igneel
====
@Green: I'm sorry, I haven't sent him your or anyone else's sheet.
Not sure how much I'll be able to be online at least during the weekend now that my sisters are home for the summer and my family uses a device to allow only a single computer internet access without us going out to the library or other locations with free wi-fi.
We'll have to re-open recruitment for Team Good it seems, assuming of course the others that left don't come back. Madara and I have will probably be changing a few things such as lowering the starting level, along with the 'template/race' side.

Did Ralasha send you a PM? Because I don't see anything saying he is going out...
Lower starting level? That means we will all have to remake our sheets ><
I took the following...

... As Ralasha going out. If that's not what she means I apologize for misunderstanding.
And I'm aware of that, but Madara and myself are coming to an agreement that lvl 30 along with quasi-tristalt is just too tempting of a Siren's song for some sailors.

The power level is crazy. I'll be honest, team good has crazy high defenses. Evil might not be able to ever hit them..which wouldn't be fun, or feel "Epic" And team Evil has some crazy stuff too, that would take forever for team good to even get passed.
You guys haven't been broken, but I feel in order to make things better, since this is PvP, people need to Actually be able to take damage, or get hurt. Which means 30th level Gestalt/Tristalt (Whatever madness this is) doesn't work(Unless you all play commoner//Samurai//Truenamers)
So you have options
1) Drop the level. Down to 25? Down to 20?
2) Drop Gestalt
3) Drop whatever weird template thing you have.
I don't want you to build entirely new characters, just take off the abilities from the last X levels/ whatever. It's a scaling down, not a reset.

In case you missed it in the other thread the power level has been lowered to lvl 23 gestalt with 5 free LA and extra LA chewing into one of your gestalt sides.
So I've almost finished my re write. I lost a lot of spellcasting ability and picked up more monk related abilities, I also can no longer be wildshaped into a Frostwind Virago so Gerta will be spending most of the time as a frost giant or shadow giant instead.
I also swapped Hugs the Elk for Suncloud the Roc in terms of animal companion.
