Alright so I'm the DM that shall be standing in for Gaiyamato. Feel free to post the requests in the thread and I will answer them here, it saves a lot of time. Unless you guys really want to keep it secret(which doesn't seem the case since you've already given summaries ).
I don't know what level of power Gaiyamato was working on with you guys, but I'm going to keep your power level as close to that of the evil party as possible.
We will (most likely) have a very good time together
HERE is what I have so far, with templates, race and so forth put in, it's very bare bones. The complete breakdown is in the notes at the bottom.
Biggest things to worry about is how you want to deal with VoP's 30th lvl ability (basically the 'how many followers you have =worshippers for divine ranks') even though only reason why I would consider leadership for this character is for a cohort/traveling companion. (if I forsake my followers for my cohort, is my cohort also gest/tristalt as well?)
Using Epic Hero for the Dex ability, Warrior ability, and boosting my Cleric spellcasting.
Wanting to use Hidecarved's main Chosen Path of Marking for Ocuir followed with some Thrae. Basically gaining a boost to perception skills, bonus to all saves equal to half PRC lvls, gain permanent greater arcane sight, can deal damage to things normally immune to breath weapon but only half damage, and dc increase along with range.
Creature of legend, snagging the increased flight, all seeing, reflective hide, and breath weapon (force).
Good archdragon is largely for the breath weapon and telepathy.
Debating on Saint from (BoED).
All together gets me 9th lvls in sorcerer and cleric, and assuming I go cloister 7 domains even though four of them are SLAs that are useable 1/day.
Currently with all the templates and VoP his AC is hovering around 124 while colossal sized With no buffs.

If my cohort took levels in it, it technically treats its mount as if it has extra hit die along with some feats and other bonuses. Can I have her designate me as it's mount while I'm in dragon form?

For the archdragon template it mentions effects based off my dragon age category, how do you want me to count myself age category-wise if at all since I'm using the monster class?

I'd suggest matching up the size increases to the age categories and sizes of the base monster.

Any chance of being able to pick out different abilities from other sources as long as they don't exceed the basic formula that each is a +1 ability if memory serves? Such as Magebane instead of Bane for example?
For the demigod ability it gives you gaining a base land speed of 60ft as a medium biped demigod. Would while I'm in dragon form it go up to match a colossal quadroped speed?

Can I substitute Int (or Wis or Cha) for Dex for my cohort's feat prereqs? (specifically, the feat chain leading up to Distant Shot and Uncanny Accuracy; the weapon in question can be used by EIs)

... well. I just found a completely legitimate way to get several nat 20's for attack rolls per round (I think it's 10 nat 20's if all I do is attack with my starship).
Superior Cognizance [Epic, Psionic]
You consider problems from every possible angle.
Prerequisites: Mental Prowess
Benefits: By expending your psionic focus, you can take 20 on any Intelligence-, Wisdom-, or Charisma-based skill check.
I can take 20 on UMD checks, which is used as the attack roll for silver transformers. I can regenerate three psionic foci per round, as well as get two from my psicrystal. I think the Epic Psionic Focus allows me to double this if I fire two shots simultaneously (text states "When you expend your psionic focus, you can simultaneously use two feats that require a psionic focus to be expended, instead of just one."). If anyone sees anything wrong with this combo (or even if it's too powerful), please do tell.

Yes and you can only do that if you find a logical way, like taking a feat that changes it.

Hmmm that makes sense. But just for this situation I will rule that Epic Psionic Focus doesn't work on your psicrystal's foci. So you could only get 3 (which are then doubled) from yourself and 2 (which are not) from your psicrystal.

Yeah, there's a bit somewhere that says you can take more than one you just only get the "Body of the X" like rule from one class. I need it because centaur is only 3 levels long and creature of legend has 4HD as a requirement.
How many of these trisalt monsterish levels do we get to play with anyway?
At lvl 24 we had 5lvls, so at 30 we have what? 6? 10?

You are correct. You can take one of the feats to take two though.
