what would the roll look like? and how would the action look in the game world? and how does a hunk of metal get healed anyway?

I don't think you have to make any roll at all, actually.

It's just one ally in range gets healing surge value + your wisdom modifer.

In which case, if you use it on Mountain, he gains a straight 8 + 0 hp.

didn't Ramsus campaign to change something? or was that only to change the other powers to use constitution rather then what was normally used (think it was wis)?

anyways going to post the action and an attack to finally move then game after stagnating it for so long
